Reserve equipment, a vehicle or a room

With the “reservation” module, you can make a reservation request for equipment, a vehicle or a room in just a few clicks.

For each reservation request, the staff provides the date and time they wish to book. All reservation requests are added to a list with the possibility of validating them in one click or consulting their status (validated, pending, refused).

Thanks to this module, the resources made available to the organization are optimized. Employees can therefore consult their availability or view the calendar.
