The Alert & Group Message module allows your staff to easily send a message to a group of internal recipients within your organization. This feature is ideal for internal communication and the rapid dissemination of important information.
Messages can be delivered via different channels: SMS, Email or mobile notification. A gauge indicates the most suitable means of communication for your recipients in order to reach a maximum number of people and optimize the effectiveness of your mailings.

A powerful filtering method
To select the recipients of group messages, drop-down menus allow the sender to easily find the right people. This module has an advanced filtering system that allows information to be sent only to the relevant targets.
According to the criteria entered, the instant messaging software automatically adds the recipients. The criteria can concern: organization, skills, permissions, reference department, availability or even role/function. Multiple criteria can be combined to further refine the number of targeted recipients.
Once the recipient list is ready according to your criteria, the message is transmitted in one click and all recipients receive it instantly, thus ensuring effective and targeted internal communication.
