Create an internal chat to easily communicate between colleagues

An instant messaging solution

This module is an instant messaging solution between all members of the same entity. Each staff member with an eBrigade space can view and participate in the conversation.

Without leaving the application, all staff can exchange in a group conversation. This module strengthens collaboration and interactivity between teams, as well as the transmission of information. The chat pop-up remains within reach on all pages of the application for optimal accessibility.

A reinforced communication system

To enhance the transmission of information, it is possible to attach files in the conversation. Simply select the document to send and that's it.

When a staff member sends a message in the chat, an instant notification alerts you via the Notifications module. This notification disappears once the message is read, ensuring that you don't miss any information or new activity. Old messages remain stored on eBrigade and can be consulted at any time to avoid any data loss.

Finally, as soon as a new member is registered with the entity, he is automatically added to the chat and removed when he leaves the entity, ensuring automatic management of participants.
