eBrigade Credits & development module
eBrigade Credits & development: turn your loyalty into software improvements
Your organisation builds up credits through its use of eBrigade and by referring other organisations, then exchanges them for development work — from a pre-priced catalogue or through a custom request costed by our team. Everything is managed from your subscription area.
These buttons are about the full eBrigade subscription: this module is included at no extra cost in every plan.
Customer credit programme: credits earned through loyalty and referral (code EB-XXXXXX), packs bought through Stripe, and credits exchanged for development work — from a pre-priced catalogue or a custom request quoted by eBrigade.
What is eBrigade’s Credits & development module?
Customer credit programme: credits earned through loyalty and referral (code EB-XXXXXX), packs bought via Stripe, and credits exchanged for development work — a pre-priced catalogue or a custom request costed by eBrigade. It is included at no extra cost in every eBrigade plan.
Why the Credits & development programme?
Getting business software to evolve usually means a quote in euros, a purchase order and a lead time. Loyal organisations, or those that recommend eBrigade, have no way to capitalise on that commitment, and useful small improvements stay on hold for lack of a dedicated budget.
What Credits & development changes in eBrigade
Each organisation has a credit balance that tops itself up automatically through its loyalty, its usage and its referrals. These credits fund development work: a catalogue of pre-priced improvements that can be bought in one click, or a custom request that our team costs in credits before approval. Purchases, earnings and spending are traced in a full history, available from the dedicated tab in your subscription area.
What you can do with Credits & development
Each organisation receives a unique referral code (EB-XXXXXX). Referral tracking distinguishes validated and pending sign-ups, and a credit bonus is paid to both the referrer and the referred organisation on validation.
Configurable rules reward an active subscription, enabled modules, support tickets opened and usage volume tiers. Each rule is applied only once per period, with no double crediting.
You can buy credit packs by card via Stripe, with bonus credits depending on the pack. Each purchase is credited only once, thanks to the Stripe transaction ID.
A catalogue of improvements priced in credits, synchronised regularly from our services. Buying an item immediately debits your balance and opens the corresponding request.
You submit a title and a description; our team costs the request in credits. You accept the quote and pay with your balance. Tracking runs from awaiting costing to payment, then to delivery.
Each organisation has a credit balance with a full history: type of operation, amount, balance after the movement, reference and operator. The history can be filtered by type and is paginated.
Step by step
Configurable earning rules credit your organisation for its active subscription, enabled modules, support tickets and usage volume tiers. Each credit is awarded only once per period, with no double counting.
Your organisation has a unique referral code (EB-XXXXXX). When a referred organisation enters it and its sign-up is validated, the referrer and the referred organisation each receive a credit bonus. You track your validated and pending referrals from your area.
Browse the catalogue of pre-priced improvements and buy the item you want: your credits are debited immediately and the request moves to paid status. For a specific need, submit a title and a description: our team costs it in credits.
For a custom request, you accept the proposed quote in credits and then pay with your balance. The request status moves from awaiting costing through to delivery, and you can cancel as long as it has not been paid.

Frequently asked questions
How do you earn credits?
In three ways: through your loyalty and usage (configurable rules rewarding an active subscription, enabled modules, support tickets and volume tiers), by referring other organisations with your EB-XXXXXX code, and by buying credit packs via Stripe.
What are credits used for?
To fund eBrigade development work: either buying a pre-priced improvement directly from the catalogue, or a custom development request that our team costs in credits before you approve it and pay with your balance.
How does referral work?
Your organisation has a unique referral code (EB-XXXXXX). When a referred organisation enters it and its sign-up is validated, the referrer and the referred organisation each receive a credit bonus. You track your validated and pending referrals from your area.
How does a custom development request work?
You submit a title and a description from your area. The request is recorded and then costed in credits by our team. You receive the quote, accept it and pay it with your balance. The status moves from awaiting costing through to delivery, and you can cancel it as long as it has not been paid.
Where can you find your balance and credits?
Everything is managed from the dedicated tab in your subscription area: current balance, full transaction history (earnings, purchases, spending) filterable by type, development catalogue, request tracking and referral counters.
Is this programme included in the subscription?
Yes. The Credits & development programme is open to all customer organisations, with no paid option: you build up and spend credits directly from your area.
