Why use Recruitment?
Without a structured workflow, applications and memberships arrive by email, files are incomplete or lost, and new members are sometimes onboarded before all the mandatory documents have been checked. Membership dues are paid separately, outside any tracking, and those in charge have no overview of the applications in progress or of the reasons for rejection.

The module publishes one or more online application and membership forms (each with its own URL, steps and fields). Candidates fill in the form, attach their documents, can pay their membership dues online (HelloAsso, cheque, cash or bank transfer) and move through a configurable kanban pipeline. Identity can be verified by SMS, email or Google sign-in. Candidates book their own appointment from your availability, and as soon as they are approved the profile is created in eBrigade with no re-entry.

Step by step
Create one or more application or membership forms (each with its own URL), and configure the pipeline steps, fields, mandatory documents, appointment slots and payment methods for membership dues.
Each candidate fills in the public form, attaches their documents and can pay their membership dues and an optional donation. Their identity can be verified by SMS code, email or Google sign-in before the submission is validated.
Each file enters the kanban pipeline and can be assigned by step and by section. Those in charge communicate with candidates through messaging, describe their interview availability — candidates choose their slot — and view rejection statistics by reason.
On approval, eBrigade creates the member’s profile from the data in the file. No double entry, no document lost between steps.

Can candidates submit their file online, or does the information have to be entered manually?
Candidates fill in an online application or membership form. The data entered and the documents attached feed directly into the file in eBrigade, with no double entry by those in charge.
Can membership dues be collected at the time of joining?
Yes. If the membership dues field is enabled, candidates can pay online via HelloAsso or choose to pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer. An optional donation on top of the membership dues and paid options (equipment, extras) can also be offered on the form.
How can you verify the identity of candidates who sign up online?
Each form can enable SMS two-factor authentication, email address verification and sign-in with a Google account. These checks validate identity and contact details before the file is processed.
Can several recruitment or membership campaigns be run at the same time?
Yes. You can create several separate forms, each with its own public URL, steps, fields and options. A form can be set as the default, temporarily paused or reactivated to suit your campaigns.
How do interviews and candidate follow-up work?
