eBrigade Satisfaction survey module

Measure post-event feedback without chasing anyone by hand

After each event, send a short star-rating questionnaire to your members, your external contributors and your ticketing participants. eBrigade collects the ratings, calculates the response rate and the average rating, and compares results by questionnaire template and by event type.

In short

What is the eBrigade Satisfaction survey module?

Star-rating questionnaires (1 to 5) sent after your events to your members, external contributors and ticketing participants, with statistics by template and by event type. It is included at no extra cost in every eBrigade plan.

The problem

Why use Satisfaction survey?

After each event or mission, you don’t really know how it was perceived by your teams, your external contributors or your participants. Feedback gets lost in informal conversations and never comes back in a usable form. Without ratings or response rates, you cannot compare your types of event or demonstrate the quality of your work in your reports.

What changes

What Satisfaction survey changes in eBrigade

The module sends a star-rating questionnaire at the end of each event, automatically or on demand. Ratings are centralised on the event record and aggregated into statistics (sent, responses, rate, average rating) broken down by questionnaire template and by event type, with a period filter. You have concrete indicators to compare your activities and showcase your commitment.

Features

What you can do with Satisfaction survey

Star rating from 1 to 5

Each question is a rating from 1 to 5 stars. You customise the wording, the order and whether each question is mandatory; the scale is deliberately kept simple and consistent to make comparison easier.

Automatic or manual sending

The questionnaire can go out automatically after the event closes, with a configurable delay of up to 365 days calculated from the actual end date. An administrator can also trigger sending manually for a given event.

Members, external contributors and ticketing participants

The questionnaire targets internal members, external contributors and participants registered through ticketing, covering everyone present at the event.

Online response through a secure link

Each recipient receives a personal, named link that lets them give their rating without logging in to eBrigade, which makes taking part easier. A response that has already been recorded cannot be submitted twice.

Statistics by template and by event type

The indicators — sent, responses, response rate and average rating out of 5 — are broken down by questionnaire template and by event type, with a period filter and an overall 90-day summary card.

Response rate tracking per event

On each event’s record, a badge shows the number of responses received and a list details each recipient: name, email, date sent, date of response and average rating, so you can spot events with too little feedback.

How it works

Step by step

1
Set up your rating questionnaire

Create a questionnaire template linked to one or more event types. Each question is a rating from 1 to 5 stars: you set its wording, its order and whether it is mandatory. You choose whether to switch on automatic sending and set the delay after closure (up to 365 days).

2
Recipients receive the questionnaire

When automatic sending is on, eBrigade sends the questionnaire on the date calculated from the event’s actual end date. An administrator can also trigger sending manually at any time. Each internal member, external contributor or ticketing participant receives a personal secure link to give their rating without logging in.

3
Track results per event and overall

The event record shows a badge with the number of responses received and the detailed list of recipients (name, email, date sent, date of response, average rating). A statistics page aggregates sent, responses, rate and average rating by template and by event type, over the period of your choice.

Use cases

Where this module really pays off

Events & first-aid cover (DPS): rating questionnaire sent automatically to staff on duty when the deployment closes, with average rating and response rate available on the record.

Training centres: immediate post-session evaluation after each session, comparing the average rating by questionnaire template and by event type.

Associations & volunteering: measuring how members and volunteers felt after each activity, useful for annual reports and reviews.

Ticketing & external registrations: questionnaire sent to participants registered through ticketing, not just internal members.

Multi-event coordination: an overall 90-day summary to follow how satisfaction changes from one period to the next.

Module FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who are the satisfaction questionnaires sent to?

To internal members, external contributors and participants registered through the event’s ticketing. Sending can be automatic at closure, with a configurable delay, or triggered manually by an administrator.

What kind of questions can be asked?

The questionnaire is based on questions rated from 1 to 5 stars. You customise the wording, the order and whether each question is mandatory. The 1 to 5 scale is common to all questions to keep results comparable; there are no multiple-choice questions and no free-text fields.

Are responses anonymous?

No. Each questionnaire is sent to a named person: the response list shows each recipient’s name and email along with the dates sent and responded. This allows targeted reminders and precise tracking of the participation rate.

How are the statistics presented?

A dedicated page aggregates sent, responses, response rate and average rating out of 5, broken down by questionnaire template and by event type, with a period filter. An overall summary card covers the last 90 days by default.

Do the results integrate with the rest of eBrigade?

Yes. Questionnaires are linked to eBrigade events. The event record shows a badge with the number of responses and the detailed list of recipients, and the statistics can be viewed from the module’s settings area.
