eBrigade Shared activities module
Publish your activities on your website and open online sign-up
The Shared activities module generates a public calendar that you embed on your own website with a single script. Your visitors browse the activities you choose to publish and sign up online, and with the Ticketing module they pay and receive their PDF ticket by email — all fed in real time by eBrigade.
These buttons are about the full eBrigade subscription: this module is included at no extra cost in every plan.
Public activity calendar that you embed on your website with a single script, with online sign-up and ticketing (prices, quotas, payment, PDF ticket).
What is the eBrigade Shared activities module?
A public activity calendar, embeddable on your website with a single script, with online sign-up and ticketing (prices, quotas, payment, PDF ticket). It is included at no extra cost in every eBrigade plan.
Why use Shared activities?
Promoting your activities to the public often means re-entering the programme on another website, handling sign-ups by email or an external form, then copying participants into eBrigade. The information gets out of sync, available places are never up to date and payment collection remains manual.
What Shared activities changes in eBrigade
The module publishes a public calendar fed directly by eBrigade and embeddable on your website with a single script. You choose, activity by activity, what is published; visitors browse the programme in list, tile or calendar view and sign up online; with the Ticketing module, they choose their price, pay and receive their PDF ticket. On the organiser’s side, participants and payments flow into a management list, with no re-entry or external tool.
What you can do with Shared activities
A single JavaScript snippet (embed.js), pasted once on your website, displays the calendar of published activities. Configuration changes made in eBrigade apply automatically, without pasting the code again.
The public calendar comes as a list, tiles or a full calendar. You choose the available views and the default view for each section, with a live preview from the administration area.
Visitors sign up directly from the calendar: a participant form and a counter of remaining places based on the number set for each activity. With the Ticketing module, they choose from several price levels.
With the Ticketing module, sign-up handles payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer, as well as online payment via HelloAsso. The participant receives a confirmation email and, for paid events, a downloadable PDF ticket.
A public link opens the calendar without any website; a pre-configured WordPress plugin embeds it as a block or shortcode; each activity has its own sharing page and can be downloaded in iCal format (.ics) for Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
The list of people signed up flows into eBrigade with a comment per participant. A payment management window lets you change the payment method and see the breakdown of prices collected.
Step by step
From the administration area, choose the available views (list, tiles, calendar) and the default view for each section. A live preview of the public calendar is shown while you set it up.
Copy the single snippet (embed.js) provided by eBrigade and paste it once on your website. The calendar appears there automatically and applies your configuration changes server-side, without pasting the code again.
For each activity, switch publication on the public calendar on or off. You set the number of places and, with the Ticketing module, the prices and payment options (cash, cheque, bank transfer or online payment via HelloAsso).
The public views an activity’s details (venue, times, description, remaining places), chooses their price, fills in the participant form and pays for their sign-up. A confirmation email is sent, with the PDF ticket for paid events (Ticketing module).
On the organiser’s side, the participant list flows into eBrigade with a comment field for each person signed up. A dedicated window lets you change the payment method and view the breakdown of prices paid.

Event organisers: with the Ticketing module, sell places online with quotas, several prices and a PDF ticket sent automatically by email.
Frequently asked questions
How do we publish the calendar on our own website?
You paste a single script (embed.js) provided by eBrigade once on the page of your choice. The calendar appears automatically with the published activities and stays in sync: any configuration change made in eBrigade applies without pasting the code again.
Which display views are available to visitors?
Three views are possible: list, tiles and full calendar. For each section, you choose which views are offered and which one is shown by default. A live preview is available from the administration area.
Can visitors sign up and pay online?
Yes. From the public calendar, the visitor chooses their price, fills in the participant form and pays for their sign-up. Free sign-ups are included; prices, quotas and payment (cash, cheque, bank transfer or online via HelloAsso) are added with the Ticketing module.
Does the participant receive proof after signing up?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent after sign-up. For paid events (Ticketing module), it contains a link to a downloadable PDF ticket; for free events, it is a simple sign-up confirmation.
Can activities be imported into a personal calendar?
Yes. Each activity can be downloaded in iCal format (.ics) from the public calendar and imported into Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
How does the organiser keep track of sign-ups?
Participants flow into a management list within eBrigade, with a comment field for each person signed up. A dedicated window lets you change a participant’s payment method and view the breakdown of prices paid.
