eBrigade Mobile app module
Track the adoption of your mobile app
The Mobile app module gives you a back office dedicated to the eBrigade app: who has installed it and when they last logged in, the iOS/Android breakdown of your devices, activity over the last four weeks, and a banner to encourage your members to install it.
These buttons are about the full eBrigade subscription: this module is included at no extra cost in every plan.
Mobile app back office: adoption dashboard (members connected, last login), iOS/Android split, weekly activity, a banner promoting the download and device registration (FCM tokens).
What is the eBrigade Mobile app module?
A back office for the mobile app: an adoption table (connected members, last login), iOS/Android breakdown, weekly activity, a banner promoting the download and device registration (FCM tokens). It is included at no extra cost in every eBrigade plan.
Why track mobile app adoption?
You roll out the mobile app to your members, but without a dashboard you do not know who has actually installed it, on which platform, or who still logs in. That makes it hard to chase those who have not yet installed it or to measure whether your mobile communications are really reaching their audience.
What the Mobile app tab changes
A dedicated tab in the settings shows the list of members who have logged in to the app with their photo and last login date, the breakdown of their devices between iOS, Android and not specified, and an activity chart over the last four weeks compared with your active headcount. You can switch on a banner in one click inviting members to download the app, and the module registers devices (FCM tokens), which form the foundation for push notifications.
What you can do with Mobile app
A list of members who have logged in to the mobile app, with photo, name and last login date, sortable and paginated.
A chart breaking down registered devices between iOS, Android and not specified, based on each device’s platform indicator.
A chart of app logins over the last four weeks, compared with the total active headcount to gauge the level of engagement.
A switch to turn on or off a banner inviting members to download the mobile app.
The module registers members’ devices via their FCM token and keeps their last login: this is the layer that identifies the devices that receive push notifications.
All these views are grouped in a Mobile app tab added to the module settings page.
Step by step
When a member opens the eBrigade app and logs in, their device is registered with an FCM token and its platform indicator (iOS, Android or not specified).
Each member who logs in appears in the Mobile app tab with their photo, name and last login date, in a sortable, paginated table.
The breakdown chart shows the iOS / Android / not specified split, and the activity chart compares logins over the last four weeks with your active headcount.
Switch on the download promotion banner to invite members who have not yet installed the app to do so.

Frequently asked questions
How can I find out which members have installed the mobile app?
The Mobile app tab shows the list of members whose device is registered, with their photo, name and last login date to the app. The table is sortable and paginated.
Does the module distinguish between iOS and Android users?
Yes. Each registered device carries a platform indicator. A breakdown chart shows you the share of iOS, Android and not-specified devices among your connected members.
Can you measure whether the app is actually used over time?
Yes. An activity chart traces the number of logins over the last four weeks and compares it with your active headcount, so you can track how mobile engagement evolves.
Does this module send push notifications?
No. The Mobile app module registers and manages the devices (FCM tokens) that act as recipients for notifications. Sending the push notifications themselves is handled by the Advanced notifications module.
What is the download promotion banner for?
It is a switch in the settings that displays a banner inviting members to install the mobile app. You can turn it on or off at any time.
