eBrigade Client access module
Manage client requests from quote to online payment
A public client request form, embeddable by iframe or link on your website, with every submission feeding straight into the eBrigade CRM. Your clients submit and track their requests; you link them to a company, offer a quote and take payment online — section by section.
These buttons are about this optional module: add-on pricing and a 1-month trial of the module.
Public client request form, embeddable by iframe or link on your website and connected to the CRM: your clients submit their requests, you link them to a company, produce a quote they accept or decline, and they pay online — all tracked per section.
What is the eBrigade Client access module?
A public client request form, embeddable by iframe or link on your website and connected to the CRM: your clients submit their requests, you link them to a company, produce a quote they accept or decline, and they pay online — all tracked by section. It is available as an option so that each organisation can enable it as needed.
Why use Client access?
Incoming requests from your clients or partners arrive by email, external form or phone, then have to be re-keyed by hand into your management tool — with the risk of creating duplicate companies and losing track of a request. The form your clients fill in lives in a tool separate from the CRM, with no customisation, no spam protection, and no automatic link to the relevant sections of your organisation.
What Client access changes in eBrigade
The module publishes a client request form you can embed by iframe or link on your own website, in your button colours and protected against automated submissions. Every request received feeds straight into the CRM: you link it to an existing company (those with the same name are suggested) or create a new one, assign it to a section, the relevant staff are notified by email, then you produce a quote that the client accepts or declines from their account, with online payment. All requests are tracked in a table you can filter by status, section and client.
What you can do with Client access
Publish a request form on your own website by iframe or link, with customisable button colours and client instructions written in a rich-text editor. A live preview shows how it looks, and a downloadable QR code carries the link for a poster or flyer.
The public form is protected against automated submissions by protection built into eBrigade: no key to create, no setting to adjust, nothing visible to your visitors. The GDPR consent box is mandatory.
Build the form from option groups and individual fields, reordered by drag and drop. The configuration can be set globally or specifically per section, falling back to the general configuration.
Every request received is linked to a company in the CRM; companies with the same name are suggested to avoid duplicates, and a known requester is matched to their existing account. A new requester automatically receives their client account login details.
The client accepts or declines the proposed quote from their account and pays online. Section staff are notified of every new request, and the client receives an email at each stage of their file.
Track requests in a table you can filter by status (unlinked, pending, closed), section, client and date, with archiving and deletion. A statistics view consolidates, per company, the number of requests, upcoming events, quotes and invoices.
Step by step
Customise the client instructions (rich-text editor), the button colour and the GDPR notice. Preview the result, then copy the integration code to embed the form by iframe or link on your website, globally or per section.
Every submission creates a request in the CRM. You link it to an existing company — those with the same name are suggested — or create a new one. The requester automatically receives login details for their client account. Staff in the relevant section are notified by email.
From the request, produce a quote. The client accepts or declines it from their account, and pays online where applicable. Every acceptance or refusal is logged, and the client is notified by email at each stage (quote issued, invoice issued, payment).
The requests table can be filtered by status (unlinked, pending, closed), by section and sub-section, by client and by date range. Archive or delete processed requests, and view statistics consolidated by company.
Where this module really pays off
Service providers (private security, patient transport, training): receive incoming requests through a public form and turn them into quotes without re-keying.
Training centres: publish a registration or quote request form on their website, embedded by iframe in the organisation’s colours.
Federations & professional associations: a partner request portal connected to the CRM, with known companies of the same name suggested for linking.
Multi-section organisations: route each request to the right section and notify the responsible staff by email.
Organisations with a public form: protect themselves against automated submissions, with no key to configure, while giving clients an account to track their requests.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly is the Client access module for?
Receiving your clients’ requests through a public form embedded on your website, and handling them in the eBrigade CRM: linking to a company, assigning to a section, offering a quote that the client accepts or declines, and online payment. All requests are tracked in a filterable table.
Can we embed the form on our own website?
Yes. The module provides integration code to embed the form by iframe or link, globally or for a specific section. You customise the button colour and the client instructions, and a preview button shows the result before publication.
How do we protect a public form from spam?
The form is protected against automated submissions by protection built into eBrigade: no key to create, no setting to adjust, and nothing visible to your visitors.
Does the module handle several sections?
Yes. Requests can be filtered by section and sub-section, and each section can have its own form configuration, falling back to the global configuration. Staff responsible for the relevant section are notified by email of every new request.
Can the client decline a quote?
Yes. From their account, the client can accept or decline the proposed quote. Every response is logged and visible in the list of quotes. The module handles quote approval (acceptance/refusal), not electronic signature — signing is handled by the Employment contract module.
Is this module included in the subscription?
No. Client access is a paid option, on top of your eBrigade plan, with a one-month free trial. Handling requests requires the CRM module to be enabled.
