eBrigade Ticketing module
Sell tickets and manage paid sign-ups online
Running a paid event without a dedicated tool means juggling transfers to check, discounts granted by hand and invoices produced in Excel. This module handles ticketing for your activities from start to finish: online sales, automatic application of discounts, PDF tickets sent by email and real-time revenue tracking. You know at any moment how many tickets have been sold, how much has been collected and any outstanding payments, with no manual consolidation.
These buttons are about the full eBrigade subscription: this module is included at no extra cost in every plan.
Paid sign-ups for your activities: multiple prices, automatic discounts by rule (member, external, group), online payment through HelloAsso, by cheque, cash or bank transfer, or on site, PDF ticket with a QR code checked at the entrance, and revenue tracking.
What is eBrigade’s Ticketing module?
Paid sign-ups for your activities: multiple prices, automatic rule-based discounts (member, external, group), payment online via HelloAsso (a French online payment platform for associations), by cheque, cash or bank transfer, or on the spot, PDF tickets with a QR code checked at the entrance, and revenue tracking. It is included at no extra cost in every eBrigade plan.
Why use Ticketing?
Running a paid training course or an event with sign-ups means juggling an external online form, an attendance sheet and a manual cash box. There is no way of knowing in real time how many places are left, who has paid online or on the spot, and what total revenue is without cross-checking everything afterwards.
What Ticketing changes in eBrigade
Each paid activity has multiple prices and automatic discounts applied by rule (member, external or group). Participants sign up and pay online via HelloAsso, or by cheque, cash or bank transfer, with the organiser then marking the payment as received. The module sends a PDF ticket with a QR code by email, checks entry by scanning, tracks attendance and the payment status of each person signed up, and shows revenue by activity, by price and by month in Reporting.
What you can do with Ticketing
Payment is made online via HelloAsso, or the organiser records an on-the-spot payment in cash, by cheque or by bank transfer. The details for each method (bank details, cheque instructions) can be configured for each event.
Three types of discount apply automatically when buying online: a member discount (recognised by their email address), an external discount and a group discount triggered from a minimum number of sign-ups. The best discount of each type is applied, with no code to enter and no manual intervention.
Design your ticket with a built-in visual editor: custom background image, text areas and image areas. The PDF ticket generated is emailed to the participant as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Paid sign-up is enabled separately for internal members (staff already in eBrigade) and for external participants, each with their own sign-up journey and price.
Set an overall capacity for the event and a quota per price, checked at sign-up. The same participant can book several places, all counted in the list of people signed up.
Track each participant with their payment status (paid / unpaid), payment method, email and an attendance marker to tick. Payment receipts are generated from the interface, each ticket keeps its history, and sales flow into your accounts if you use the Accounting module.
Step by step
For each event, enable paid sign-up separately for internal members and for external participants, choose the payment methods accepted at booking (HelloAsso, cheque, cash, bank transfer, other) and on the spot (cash, cheque, card), and enter the corresponding details (bank details for transfers, instructions for cheques).
Create your price categories, set the event’s overall capacity and a quota of places per price, then configure the automatic rule-based discounts: member discount, external discount and a group discount triggered from a minimum number of sign-ups.
Using the built-in visual editor (background image, text and image areas), design the ticket that will be generated for each person signed up. The same layout engine is shared with badges and cards.
The participant chooses their price and the number of places, then pays online via HelloAsso or pays on the spot. The applicable discount is calculated automatically and the PDF ticket is emailed on confirmation.
The participant list shows payment status (paid / unpaid), payment method, number of tickets and an attendance marker to tick on the day. Generate payment receipts from the interface, export the ticket list as CSV and track revenue in Reporting.

Frequently asked questions
Can several prices be set for the same event (member price, external price)?
Yes. You create as many price categories as you need. Automatic discounts are then applied by rule: member discount, external discount and a group discount triggered from a minimum number of sign-ups. There is no promo code to enter; the calculation is automatic.
How do participants pay for their sign-up?
The participant pays online via HelloAsso, or chooses cheque, cash or bank transfer: they then receive the instructions (bank details, payee for the cheque) configured for the activity. On-the-spot payment (cash, cheque, card) can also be offered. The organiser then marks each sign-up as paid from the participant list.
Can the PDF ticket be customised?
Yes. A built-in visual editor lets you design the ticket with a background image, text areas and image areas. The ticket, with its QR code and unique number, is generated as a PDF and emailed for each online sign-up. The organiser can resend or print it at any time, and a reminder with the ticket goes out the day before.
Does the module handle invoices?
Yes. A PDF payment receipt, in the participant’s name and listing their paid tickets, is generated from the participant list, then downloaded or sent by email.
Can the number of places be limited and attendance tracked?
Yes. You set an overall capacity for the event and a quota per price, checked at sign-up. A participant can book several places. On the day, entry is validated by scanning the ticket’s QR code from the mobile app: an unpaid or already used ticket is flagged. Attendance can also be marked from the participant list.
Do paid sign-ups fit into the eBrigade schedule?
Yes. The paid activity is a fully fledged eBrigade event. Participants appear in the ticket list, revenue is tracked in Reporting and, if you use the Accounting module, sales are carried over into it.
