In short

What is the eBrigade Coaching module?

One-to-one support from an eBrigade product expert: video meetings booked from the application, an in-depth training session and questions sent to your expert as tracked tickets. The contextual help panel, for its part, is included in every plan. It is available as an option, so each organisation can switch it on as needed.

The problem

Why eBrigade Coaching?

Rolling out eBrigade in a complex organisation takes time to configure rights, reference data and workflows. The built-in documentation answers usage questions, but not the decisions specific to your organisation: how to split organisations, which clearances, which approval workflow. Those questions go out by email, with no named contact and no follow-up — configurations remain incomplete and teams are slow to adopt the tool.

What changes

What eBrigade Coaching changes in eBrigade

An eBrigade product expert becomes reachable from the application. When a question goes beyond the built-in documentation — which is included in every plan — the administrator books a video meeting in a few clicks, or asks the question as a ticket sent to the eBrigade teams and tracked until it is resolved. For more demanding set-ups, a one-hour in-depth training session can be booked and paid for online from the same panel. The administrator chooses who in their team can book meetings.

Features

What you can do with eBrigade Coaching

Video meetings with an expert

Authorised users book a video meeting with an eBrigade product expert from the interface to deal with configuration questions, with a counter showing the meetings remaining for the month.

One-hour in-depth training

To go further than a short meeting, a one-hour video training session can be booked from the same panel, charged at €120 excl. VAT and paid online at the time of booking.

Questions sent to your expert

Ask the expert your question from the module settings: it becomes a coaching ticket tracked in the eBrigade Support Centre, with the history of exchanges.

Documentation and demos included

The “?” button on every screen, included in every plan, displays the matching help article, a video and an animated demo; coaching takes over when the documentation is no longer enough.

Access controlled by the administrator

The administrator chooses the people in their team who are allowed to book meetings with the product expert. Ticket administration actions are protected by clearance.

Coaching activity at a glance

The module settings show the meetings already booked, month by month, and the number of questions handled by your expert — so you know what the support has actually given you.

How it works

Step by step

1
Choose who can call on the expert

In the module settings, the administrator chooses the people in their team who are allowed to book a coaching meeting. Anyone not authorised is asked to contact their manager.

2
Book a meeting or ask your question

From the Coaching tab of the help panel, authorised users book a video meeting with a product expert, book a one-hour in-depth training session, or ask their question as a ticket sent to eBrigade (title, message, category).

3
Follow the answer through to the end

The question is tracked in the eBrigade Support Centre with the expert’s replies, and the module settings summarise the meetings booked and the questions asked.

Use cases

Where this module really pays off

Blocking question: book a video meeting with an eBrigade product expert, directly from the interface.

Key configuration choices: decide on how to split organisations, clearances and workflows with someone who knows the product, rather than by trial and error.

Request tracking: questions sent to your expert as tickets, with replies, statuses and history kept in the application.

Upskilling administrators: a one-hour in-depth video training session, booked and paid for online (€120 excl. VAT).

Access control: the administrator chooses the people in their team allowed to book meetings.

Supported start: configuration of the instance, rights and reference data with help from an expert during set-up.

Module FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between eBrigade Coaching and the Help desk module?

Both handle tickets, but not for the same recipients. The Help desk module lets your members send requests to their own administration (leave, equipment, HR…). eBrigade Coaching puts you in touch with an eBrigade product expert: video meetings and questions sent directly to the eBrigade teams.

Is the contextual help panel part of the module?

No, it is included in every plan: on every page, the “?” button displays the article matching the function you are viewing, with no option to switch on. eBrigade Coaching adds what the documentation does not cover: a product expert you can reach by video and questions tracked until they are resolved.

Who can book a meeting with an eBrigade expert?

The administrator sets the list of authorised people in the module settings. Meetings are booked within the limit of the monthly number of sessions in your plan, shown in the panel. Anyone not authorised is asked to contact their manager.

How do you follow up a question asked to coaching?

Each question becomes a ticket sent to your expert, tracked in the eBrigade Support Centre with its replies. The module settings summarise the meetings booked and the questions asked.

Is there more in-depth training than a 15-minute meeting?

Yes. From the same panel, you book a one-hour in-depth video training session, charged at €120 excl. VAT and paid online at the time of booking.

Is one-to-one support at the start still available?

Yes. At the start, an expert helps you configure your organisation, your rights and your reference data, and train your administrators. Once everything is in place, video meetings, in-depth training and questions to coaching remain available at all times.
