Yes. Worker profiles, pay rules and contract templates are saved permanently. Each new cycle copies the previous contract, pre-fills availability windows and only prompts you to confirm dates and any changes. Most recurring contracts take under two minutes to renew.
Our pay structure is complex — different rates for nights, weekends and bank holidays. Can the system calculate that automatically?
eBrigade has a configurable pay rule engine that supports multiple rate tiers, uplift multipliers and flat allowances applied per shift type. Calculated totals are exportable to your payroll provider or finance system.
How does pricing work? We have fluctuating headcounts depending on season.
