eBrigade Accreditation export module
Export accreditation data in a few clicks
The module produces one ZIP file per activity: an XLSX spreadsheet with standardised data (ISO country codes, title, dates, départements, i.e. French administrative areas) along with a folder of official photos. You choose which fields are exported and in what order, and the file automatically flags any missing required data.
These buttons are about this optional module: add-on pricing and a 1-month trial of the module.
Generates a ZIP export (standardised XLSX spreadsheet + photo folder) of the identity data of those signed up to an activity. Standard and custom fields that can be turned on and reordered, a column checking mandatory data, ready to send to the organiser or the authorities.
What is eBrigade’s Accreditation export module?
Generates a ZIP export (standardised XLSX spreadsheet + photo folder) of the identity data of the people signed up for an activity. Standard and custom fields can be switched on and reordered, with a column checking for required data, ready to send to the organiser or the authorities. It is available as an option so that each organisation can switch it on as needed.
Why use Accreditation export?
At major events, sending the organiser or the authorities the list of accredited personnel means manually recompiling the identity data of everyone signed up, reformatting dates, phone numbers and country codes, then gathering the photos one by one. This work is slow and error-prone, and a missing required field (date of birth, place of birth, photo) is only spotted too late.
What Accreditation export changes in eBrigade
The module generates a ZIP export for an activity on demand: an XLSX spreadsheet in which each column corresponds to an enabled identity field, with standardised data (country codes in ISO ALPHA-3, title as M/F/X, reformatted dates and phone numbers, section name, département of birth), a legend tab containing the reference tables, and an error column flagging missing required fields for each person. The ZIP also contains a folder with the official photo of each person signed up. Fields (standard and custom alike) can be switched on one by one and reordered by drag and drop; accreditation is enabled per activity type.
What you can do with Accreditation export
The export is not just a raw list: country codes are converted to ISO ALPHA-3, title to M/F/X, dates of birth and phone numbers are reformatted, and the département of birth and section name are resolved automatically.
Switch on, one by one, the identity fields to include in the export. Custom fields created in eBrigade are supported in the same way as standard fields.
Rearrange the enabled fields by drag and drop to control the exact order of the spreadsheet’s columns and match the format the organiser expects.
An error column flags, for each person signed up, any missing required fields (surname, first name, date and place of birth, département, photo), so the file is reliable before it is sent.
The spreadsheet includes a second tab containing the reference tables for country codes, département codes and title codes, so the file can be used without external documentation.
The ZIP archive contains a folder with the official photo of each person signed up, named after their identity, alongside the export spreadsheet.
Step by step
In the module settings, choose the activity types that require accreditation. Only activities of those types will offer the export.
Switch on, one by one, the identity fields to include, standard or custom, and rearrange them by drag and drop: their order sets the order of the spreadsheet’s columns. This configuration is kept for future exports.
Personnel complete or update their details and photo directly in their member area. The data is centralised in eBrigade, with no re-entry and no emails.
From the activity, run the export: eBrigade produces an XLSX spreadsheet with standardised data, a legend tab and a photo folder, all in a ZIP archive ready to send.
The spreadsheet flags, row by row, the people signed up who are missing a required field. You correct the profiles concerned before sending the file to the organiser or the authorities.
Where this module really pays off
Events & festivals: ZIP export of the identity data (name, photo, section, title) of the volunteers and technicians signed up, ready to send to the organiser in a few clicks.
Fire and rescue services (SDIS) & sporting events: configurable export of personnel’s identity fields for prefecture accreditation or on-site security, with country codes and dates already standardised.
Professional associations & conferences: building the participants’ accreditation file from eBrigade data, with no re-entry or reformatting.
Organisers requiring a strict format: XLSX spreadsheet with ordered columns and a legend tab (country codes, départements, title) to deliver a file that can be used straight away.
Quality check before sending: the spreadsheet’s error column identifies the people signed up who are missing a required field (surname, first name, date or place of birth, département, photo).
Frequently asked questions
Which fields can be included in the accreditation export?
The fields are fully configurable: surname, first name, title, dates and place of birth, département, section, country, phone numbers, photo, plus any custom field enabled in eBrigade. Each field is switched on individually and their order is set by drag and drop in the module settings.
What format is the generated export?
A ZIP file containing an XLSX spreadsheet and a photo folder. The spreadsheet has a tab of standardised data (ISO country codes, title, reformatted dates and phone numbers, département, section), a legend tab with the reference tables, and an error column flagging missing required fields. The folder holds the official photo of each person signed up.
How can I tell whether required data is missing before sending the file?
The spreadsheet includes an error column showing, for each person signed up, any missing required fields (surname, first name, date and place of birth, département of birth, photo). You can then identify the profiles to complete before sending.
Does accreditation apply to every activity?
No. In the module settings, you choose the activity types for which accreditation is enabled. Only activities of those types offer the export.
Can I choose the order of the columns in the exported spreadsheet?
Yes. Enabled fields are rearranged by drag and drop in the module settings, and that order directly sets the order of the spreadsheet’s columns, to match the format expected by the organiser or the authorities.
