eBrigade Personal statistics module
Give every member a clear, numbers-based view of their commitment
A Statistics tab is added to every member’s record: there they find their participations, activity hours, skills, training, absences and availability as annual charts. A ranking shows where they stand within their section, anonymously or by name depending on permissions.
These buttons are about the full eBrigade subscription: this module is included at no extra cost in every plan.

What is the eBrigade Personal statistics module?
A Statistics tab on every member’s record: participations, activity hours, skills, training, absences and availability in annual charts, plus a participation ranking (anonymous or named depending on permissions) within their section. It is included at no extra cost in every eBrigade plan.
Why use personal statistics?
Members generally have no consolidated view of their own commitment over the year: how many participations, how many hours, which training courses completed, which absences. This data exists in eBrigade but remains scattered across the schedule, training and unavailability records. Without a clear summary, members cannot gauge their activity and the person in charge has to compile figures by hand to answer a simple question.
What personal statistics change in eBrigade
The module adds a Statistics tab directly to the member’s record, fed automatically by the data already entered (participations, hours, qualifications, training, unavailability, availability). Seven interactive ApexCharts charts summarise their year, complemented by two rankings (participations and expense reports), filterable over the last five years and by hierarchical section. Members always see themselves as “Me” in the ranking; only those in charge with the relevant permission see other people’s names.
What you can do with Personal statistics
A Statistics tab is added to every member’s record. Each member views their own indicators; a person in charge with the relevant permission can view those of another member.
Participation types, participations by month, activity hours by month, skills over time, training completed by month, absences by type and availability by month — all calculated for the selected year. On top of these come two rankings within the organisation: participations and expense reports.
Members are positioned within their family of sections, with a choice of how many people to display (10, 20, 30 or 50) and AJAX refreshing of the chart without reloading the page.
When the Expense report module is active, a ranking of the amounts reimbursed over the year is added, calculated on the same family of sections.
Members always see themselves as “Me” and others remain anonymous by default. Those in charge with the dedicated permission can switch on the display of names in the rankings.
All charts can be filtered over the last five years and by section, with the selection automatically extending to child sections in the hierarchy.
Step by step
From their personal record, members open the Statistics tab. No data entry or configuration is needed: the module is built in and all charts are permanently active.
Two shared filters apply to all charts: the year (from the last five) and the hierarchical section, whose selection automatically extends to child sections.
Participations by type, monthly trend, activity hours, skills acquired, training completed, absences by type and availability are displayed as interactive ApexCharts charts for the chosen year.
The participation ranking positions members within their family of sections. They adjust the number of people displayed (10, 20, 30 or 50); the chart refreshes via AJAX without reloading the page.
Where this module really pays off
Fire and rescue services (SDIS) and firefighters: each staff member views their participations, activity hours and completed training for the year, and sees where they stand in their section’s ranking.
Associations and civil protection: a numbers-based summary of each volunteer’s commitment (participations by type, absences, declared availability) directly on their record.
Section leaders: a view of the statistics of each of their members, with names displayed thanks to the dedicated permission, to prepare an appraisal or an activity review.
Multi-site centres: filtering by hierarchical section, extending to child sections, to analyse the activity of an entire branch of the hierarchy.
Frequently asked questions
Where do the figures shown in the statistics come from?
They are calculated in real time from data already present in eBrigade: event participations and hours, qualifications acquired, training completed, approved unavailability and declared availability. No specific data entry is needed; the module simply presents what already exists.
Can a member see other people’s statistics?
Not by default: each member sees only their own indicators and appears as “Me” in the rankings, with others remaining anonymous. Only those in charge with the dedicated permission can view another member’s record and display names in the rankings.
What period do the charts cover?
The selected year, chosen from the last five years via a filter shared by all charts. A second filter lets you narrow the scope to a section, automatically extending to child sections.
Is the expense report ranking always displayed?
No. It only appears if the Expense report module is enabled on your instance. It then shows the amount reimbursed over the year for members of the same family of sections.
Does the module need to be configured or enabled?
No. Personal statistics is a built-in eBrigade module: the tab and all charts are permanently active, with no settings page. The availability chart is only displayed if availability management is active on your instance.
