HR & staff
Absence Included HR management of absences: fully configurable types (paid leave, RTT days, sick leave, special leave, unpaid…), per-person leave balances with carry-over, half-days and hours, approval workflow by email and notification, electronic signature of requests and automatic feed into the schedule. Accreditation of activities Included Two-level catalogue of approvals (categories and types): authorise each activity type, set strict or flexible sign-up limits and selectable values (levels), pass the rules down to child organisations and track validity dates with a valid / not valid status and a dedicated filter. Badge Included Design and batch printing of staff badges in business-card (85.6 × 54 mm) or A6 format, with front/back templates for the whole instance or per organisation, a visual editor (text, photo, QR code), custom background and print-ready PDF export. Employment contract Included Builder for configurable job descriptions: six field types (text, number, checkbox, drop-down list, date, time), arranged in ordered groups and attachable to staff contracts. Library of 35 ready-to-load job templates, sorted into eight families. CRM Included Management of client and partner organisations: company records with contacts, client requests, quotes and invoices linked to your events, and online payment. Rank Included 100% configurable rank system: create your ranks with a name and an icon, group them into categories, order the hierarchy by drag and drop and track the number of active members per rank in real time. Licence Included Licence tab on each member’s record: number, category, issuing body, reference, date obtained and expiry date. Validity badge calculated in real time, automatic email alert before expiry (configurable delay), one-click renewal that archives the previous licence in a dated history, with an optional attachment. Staff number Included Automatic assignment of a unique staff number to each member, in a format you choose (department + year + sequence, incremental or free). Payroll (PayFit) Included Connect eBrigade to your payroll software, PayFit or Silae. With PayFit: employees matched by employee number, e-mail or name and date of birth, contract compared with the Contract tab, PDF payslips opened from the record without being stored, approved absences sent without re-entry, employee creation and health insurance enrolment. With PayFit and Silae alike: the month’s payroll prepared from approved hours, absences, expense claims and on-call duties, checked then exported as a summary. Accreditation export Paid add-on Generates a ZIP export (standardised XLSX spreadsheet + photo folder) of the identity data of those signed up to an activity. Standard and custom fields that can be turned on and reordered, a column checking mandatory data, ready to send to the organiser or the authorities. Distinctions Paid add-on Medals and distinctions from a preconfigured reference list (national orders, military medals, long service) filed in your categories: awarded to people or sections with the date of presentation, insignia visible on the record and in the staff list, list of those eligible by length of service. Recruitment Paid add-on Online applications and memberships with a configurable multi-step funnel: multi-campaign forms, document collection, online payment of dues (HelloAsso, cheque, cash, bank transfer), identity check (SMS, email, Google), kanban pipeline, online appointment booking (the candidate picks a slot in your availability) and direct onboarding into eBrigade. Electronic signature Included Electronic signature built into eBrigade: touch-screen attendance sign-off, signed approval of timesheets, absences and expense reports, and contracts signed remotely through a public link with no account to create. SMS code verification and time-stamped proof.
Field operations & interventions
Animals Included Register each operational animal as a member in its own right, linked to its handler, with a record whose fields adapt to the subject (human or animal). First-aid cover (DPS) Included Regulatory sizing of planned first-aid cover (DPS) for events — RIS calculation, PAPS/PE/ME/GE type — attached to the activity. Intervention Included Launch, follow live on the SITAC tactical map and close your interventions with a PDF report, all without re-entering anything. Casualties Included Numbered casualty records, reception centres, PSE/PSSP medical assessment, QR code and PDF transmission. Outreach rounds Paid add-on Prepare your outreach rounds from past encounters: places to visit, people to find again, route and supplies to take. Technical & integrations

Satisfaction survey Included Star-rating surveys (1 to 5) sent after your events to your members, external contributors and ticket holders, with statistics per template and per event type. Client access Paid add-on Public client request form, embeddable by iframe or link on your website and connected to the CRM: your clients submit their requests, you link them to a company, produce a quote they accept or decline, and they pay online — all tracked per section. eBrigade Coaching Paid add-on Human support from an eBrigade product expert: video appointments booked from the app, an in-depth training session and questions sent to your expert as tracked tickets. The contextual help panel itself is included in every plan. Dropbox Paid add-on Dropbox file browser built into eBrigade: paginated table with search, sorting and configurable columns, PDF preview, image thumbnails, upload, download and deletion, after OAuth setup per section or globally. Forms Paid add-on Custom forms attached to your activity types, filled in from the event page and exportable to Excel with a statistical summary. AI assistant Included Conversational assistant powered by Claude (Anthropic): build and fill your duty rosters in plain language — create an activity, assign available and qualified staff, analyse coverage, all from a chat built into the duty roster. Module included at no extra cost, 5,000 AI credits offered on activation: only usage is charged, in AI credits bought in packs (like SMS). LDAP / Active Directory Paid add-on Two-way synchronisation and authentication with your Active Directory or OpenLDAP directory. Two-factor authentication (MFA) Paid add-on Two-factor authentication: one-time code read in an authenticator app (Google Authenticator…) or sent by email, SMS or mobile notification, triggered by context (new IP, foreign country, login interval). HDS hosting On quote Hosting of your health data on infrastructure certified HDS (French health-data hosting) by the ANS, meeting your legal obligations, without changing software. Scheduling & activities
On-call duty Included Entry and tracking of on-call duty by organisation-chart role: filterable list view, calendar view, Upcoming/In progress/Finished statuses, overlap alert and a home-page widget. Work cycle Included Named work cycles (24/48, 24/72, SHR…) with a reference date, an individual offset per person and day/night shifts; the current cycle day is shown on each person’s record and filters the auto-fill pool of the duty roster. Participation hours Included Automatic running total of participation hours per person, monthly or yearly, with a configurable cap and one-click recalculation. You choose where to show it: when adding a member to an activity, in the staff list, in an activity’s sign-up list and in the participation view. Time clock and working time Included Time clock and working-time tracking: your staff clock in and out, or enter their morning/afternoon hours day by day, on a weekly or monthly basis. eBrigade automatically calculates working hours, overtime (configurable threshold), night hours (configurable time range), RTT days and hours to be recovered, with weekly/yearly totals and hours filled in automatically from activity sign-ups. Duty roster Included Monthly duty roster per team with day/night shifts, required skills per slot, automatic pre-filling that respects rest periods and hour caps, daily sheet in PDF and Excel export. Project Included Project management: column board with drag and drop, tasks with owners, deadlines and checklists, a discussion thread, and ready-made templates — opening a client site, organising an event, running a recruitment campaign, putting together a funding application, preparing a general meeting — whose deadlines are worked back from your date. Progress update for management, planned/actual budget, link to scheduled activities and a workload view that takes everyone’s existing commitments into account. Replacement Included Replacement on a shift or activity in three steps: request naming a replacement, acceptance or refusal by the replacement, approval by the manager. On approval, the roster updates itself (the original holder’s absence excused, the replacement signed up with the same hours, fire crew positions reassigned) and every step is dated, signed and logged. Reinforcement Included Attach reinforcements from other sections or partner associations to an existing activity: create them in batch for several organisations, or link an activity already created, all on a consolidated staffing view. Shared activities Included Public activity calendar that you embed on your website with a single script, with online sign-up and ticketing (prices, quotas, payment, PDF ticket). Minute-level availability Included Each person declares their availability slots to the minute on a month/week/day calendar, with recurrence, availability per section and month locking by the manager. Availability Included Each person declares their availability in named slots (whole day, half-days, morning/midday/evening/night) on a monthly grid. The manager sees who is available by day, by month or by person, with absences overlaid, and exports it all to Excel. Live availability Included Real-time availability status: each member declares themselves Available, Unavailable or Absent in one click, with availability forced until a precise date and time and automatic expiry. A badge in the side banner always shows who can be called on.
Logistics & equipment
Mapping Included Maps of activities, staff and organisations with hazard layers and water points, and a tactical situation map (SITAC) for each activity. Equipment loan Included Lending of equipment and vehicles, transfer of consumables, from one organisation to another: request with quantities, approval or refusal with a reason, signed handover and return with a PDF slip, returns possible in several goes, reminder the day before the return date and follow-ups when it is late. Borrowed equipment can be assigned to the borrower’s activities. QR Code Included QR codes on member badges and on logistics labels (vehicles, equipment, consumables, storage locations, rooms), with the relevant actions on scan from the mobile app. Access control Paid add-on Time-stamped entries and exits at your activities: the designated operator scans the QR badge from the mobile app, records the entry, exit or final exit, and the log per person can be viewed on the activity page. Suppliers Paid add-on Supplier directory with a product catalogue and prices per supplier, orders with 4 statuses (draft, sent, confirmed, received) and stock increased automatically on receipt. EAN barcode scanning, quick ordering below the minimum threshold, time-stamped audit log and filters by section and dates. Geolocation Paid add-on GPS position of your members sent by the mobile app or the browser, showing the last known position and the time since the last signal (“5 min ago”). Inventory Paid add-on Stocks of equipment, uniforms and consumables per storage location, with a dated, named history of changes and tracking of expiry dates. The module adds the reference inventory: you describe once what a vehicle, a kit or a store should contain, attach it to all the resources concerned, and eBrigade keeps comparing the expected and the actual — what is missing, what is short, what is there in excess. A single screen gathers everything that needs action, anomalies first, and one button fills the gap from your stocks without leaving the page. Room management Paid add-on Booking of shared rooms, attached to a section, with a calendar and a direct link to activities.
Communication & alerts
Advanced messaging Included Asynchronous internal messaging: inbox, individual and group conversations, attachments, archiving (manual and automatic) and email/push notifications according to each member’s preferences. Video conferencing Included Jitsi video conferencing built into every activity, open to those signed up with no account and no installation. WhatsApp Included Direct WhatsApp links to a member, pre-filled group sending from the Message screen and invitation links to section or activity groups, in one click from eBrigade. AI chat & messaging Included Real-time instant messaging between connected members: a global channel (the whole instance), channels per organisation (primary and secondary sections) and channels per activity (members signed up, archived automatically 24 hours after the end). Attachments, emojis, GIFs (Giphy/Tenor), @mention autocompletion, list of online users, sound and desktop notifications, unread badges per channel and configurable retention (up to 30 days). Forum Included Lasting discussion topics organised by section: rich-text replies with pictures, search, closing of topics, an edit log and mobile notifications to participants. Mini-site / Website Paid add-on Create your website from eBrigade: customisable templates, images, pages, news, activities, contact and an optional shop. Advanced notifications Paid add-on Notifications on the phone and in eBrigade on the computer, a built-in catalogue of automations, fine targeting of recipients by group, availability or skill, and an urgent alert — loud ringtone, long vibration, screen on — for what cannot wait. Documents Included eBrigade’s document factory: a WYSIWYG mail-merge engine that mass-produces agreements, mission orders, notices to attend, certificates and receipts from your data, a versioned tree-structured document library to file everything, and a canvas studio to produce badges, cards and diplomas with a verifiable QR code.
Finance & payments
Payment methods Included Settings hub that turns on Stripe, PayPal and HelloAsso independently for each use: donation, membership, dues and CRM invoice. Ticketing takes payment online through HelloAsso. Expense report Included Mobile expense entry with AI receipt scanning, double approval and tracking until reimbursement. Ticketing Included Paid sign-ups for your activities: multiple prices, automatic discounts by rule (member, external, group), online payment through HelloAsso, by cheque, cash or bank transfer, or on site, PDF ticket with a QR code checked at the entrance, and revenue tracking. Donations Included Online donation collection, PDF tax receipts, donor reminders and campaign tracking. E-invoicing Included Your invoices go out in the electronic format required by the French reform, with no re-entry: sent from eBrigade quotes and invoices, with the status of each sending tracked, and the PDF sent by email does not change. Invoices to public bodies — town halls, departments, hospitals — are recognised and checked before sending; direct filing on the public portal is coming. Accounting Paid add-on Single-entry accounting: bank accounts (IBAN), entry and approval of transactions, accounting periods, general ledger, income statement and dashboard — with PDF and Excel exports for your accountant. Membership dues Included Annual or monthly dues per section, online payment (Stripe, PayPal, HelloAsso), recurring subscriptions or one-off payment, configurable SMS and email reminders, and login blocking for members who are behind. At network level, also manage dues between organisations: each member organisation pays the head of the network dues calculated on its headcount. Credits & development Included Customer credit programme: credits earned through loyalty and referral (code EB-XXXXXX), packs bought through Stripe, and credits exchanged for development work — from a pre-priced catalogue or a custom request quoted by eBrigade.
