eBrigade CRM module
Track your clients and partners, from request to invoice
Centralise your client and partner organisations with their contacts, requests, quotes and invoices. Each quote is linked to an event, can be accepted by the client and paid online, and a dashboard tracks quotes awaiting approval and invoices awaiting payment.
These buttons are about the full eBrigade subscription: this module is included at no extra cost in every plan.
Management of client and partner organisations: company records with contacts, client requests, quotes and invoices linked to your events, and online payment. Dashboard of quotes to approve and invoices to settle.
What is the eBrigade CRM module?
Management of client and partner organisations: company records with contacts, client requests, quotes and invoices linked to your events, and online payment. A dashboard of quotes awaiting approval and invoices awaiting payment. It is included at no extra cost in every eBrigade plan.
Why structure client relationships in eBrigade?
Client requests, quotes and invoices often circulate by email, in Word or in spreadsheets that teams do not share. The link between an organisation, its contacts, its requests and the event delivered gets lost, pending quotes go unnoticed and unpaid invoices are only chased from memory.
What the CRM changes in eBrigade
The module centralises organisation records (clients, partners, suppliers) with their contacts and the history of their requests. Each client request can be linked to a company, turned into a quote linked to an event, accepted by the client and then paid online. A dashboard shows, by organisation, the quotes awaiting approval, the deposit due, the invoices awaiting payment with their total and the next scheduled activity. Access is controlled by eBrigade permissions.
What you can do with CRM
Create records for your clients, partners and suppliers, with their details and linked contacts. An external contact can be linked to an internal point of contact.
Receive requests, link them to a company and a contact, and track their status. Current and archived requests can be viewed by organisation.
Link each request to a quote attached to an event, then convert the accepted quote into an invoice. The history stays attached to the organisation concerned.
Send the client a “bon pour accord” (approved for agreement) signature link for their quote. With the Client access module, they accept or decline their quotes from their own area. The deposit and the document status (quote, accepted quote, invoice, paid invoice) are tracked automatically.
Create and email reminders for unpaid invoices, with the PDF attached and a history of each reminder, and submit invoices intended for the public sector on Chorus Pro (the French government’s e-invoicing portal). With the Client access module, the client can also pay the deposit or the invoice online.
Invoiced and monthly revenue, unpaid invoices, average payment time, a clickable invoicing pipeline, quote conversion rate and top clients, for the organisation and year selected.
Step by step
Enter your client and partner organisations with their details and linked contacts. Each record brings together the organisation’s requests, quotes and invoices.
Receive requests, link them to the company concerned and connect each request to a contact person. Current and archived requests are tracked by organisation.
Turn a request into a quote attached to an event, then convert it into an invoice once accepted. The client can accept or decline the quote from their own area.
The client pays the deposit or the invoice online using the payment methods enabled. The dashboard shows quotes awaiting approval and invoices awaiting payment, organisation by organisation.
Where this module really pays off
Training centres and business services: follow a client request through to the quote, the invoice and payment, without an external tool.
Federations and associations with employees: manage client and partner organisations with their contacts and the history of their requests.
Service-providing organisations: link each request to a company, produce a quote linked to the event and have it approved by the client.
Payment collection: offer the client the option of paying the deposit or the invoice directly online using the payment methods enabled.
Commercial management: track, by organisation, quotes awaiting approval, invoices awaiting payment and the next activity from a dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Can contacts be distinguished by type — town hall, sponsoring company, logistics provider?
Yes. Each organisation can be enriched with its details and contacts, and classified according to the categories defined by your organisation.
Can clients approve and pay their quote themselves?
Yes. The CRM sends the client a “bon pour accord” (approved for agreement) signature link for the quote. With the Client access module, they also have an area where they can accept or decline their quotes and pay the deposit or the invoice online, using the payment methods enabled.
Can an invoice be submitted on Chorus Pro?
Yes. An invoice intended for a public body is submitted on Chorus Pro (the French government’s e-invoicing portal) from eBrigade, once the technical account has been entered in the CRM settings.
Is the quote linked to the event delivered?
Yes. A request can be turned into a quote attached to an event, then converted into an invoice once accepted. The history stays attached to the organisation.
What does the dashboard show?
Invoiced and collected revenue, unpaid invoices, average payment time, average invoice, number of active clients, the invoicing pipeline (quotes, accepted, invoices, paid), monthly revenue, quote conversion rate and the top five clients.
Are CRM contacts kept separate from internal members?
Yes. Contacts from client organisations are distinct from staff records, but an external contact can be linked to an internal member acting as point of contact.
Is access to the CRM controlled?
Yes. Access to organisations, requests, quotes and invoices is governed by eBrigade permissions, like the rest of the application.
