eBrigade Mini-site / Website module
A website that reflects you, easy to keep up to date from eBrigade
Present your organisation, share your news and activities, receive enquiries and open a shop if you wish. Start from one of the 17 themes or a blank page, replace the photos, build your pages and publish when everything is ready. Your site is hosted on your eBrigade instance.
These buttons are about this optional module: add-on pricing and a 1-month trial of the module.
Create your website from eBrigade: customisable templates, images, pages, news, activities, contact and an optional shop.
What does the eBrigade Mini-site module do?
The Mini-site module lets you create and host your organisation’s website from eBrigade: customisable templates, a visual editor, images, pages, news, activities and a contact form. You prepare your edits in a draft, choose a public or internal audience and publish your pages. A shop can round off the site.
A website that several people can keep up to date
A photo to replace, a new training course to announce, contact details to correct… These small updates should not depend on a single person. With a website managed separately, information goes stale and your teams re-enter what already exists in eBrigade.
Your pages and your management in one place
The Mini-site module brings templates, a visual editor, a media library and publishing together in eBrigade. Authorised people customise the pages and prepare their edits in a draft. Blocks linked to your news and activities avoid entering things twice. You choose a public site for your visitors or an internal site for your authorised members.
What you can do with Mini-site / Website
Filter the gallery by use, search for a template and compare its preview on desktop or phone before choosing it. Association, rescue, sport, training: every starting point remains customisable.
Click a photo, then “Change image”. Upload a file or find it in the media library, check the preview, adjust its framing and alt text, then apply. Background images can be replaced too.
Edit text with a double-click, add blocks and move sections around. Actions carry clear labels; help, undo and redo support your edits.
Home, about us, missions, team, contact… Create and name your pages, organise the navigation and set an address, a title and a search-engine description for each one.
The editor’s draft saves automatically, with a visible status. Check the result on a phone, then use “Go live”. The administration area also lets you take the site offline and restore a saved version.
Display the public news items and the activities or training sessions made visible from eBrigade. The catalogue block picks up their dates, venues, descriptions and links without re-entering them on the site.
Add a contact form, downloadable documents, videos, a map or your social networks. Complete your organisation’s details and the legal page settings from the administration area.
Direct your visitors to your eBrigade forms. Depending on the modules enabled, embed the Shared activities calendar and sign-ups, a call for donations or access to recruitment and membership.
Present your organisation to everyone, or reserve the whole mini-site for logged-in members with viewing rights. The audience is set in the administration area.
Enabling it creates a Shop page and adds it to the menu. Photos, categories, prices, basket and customer details let you sell support merchandise, equipment or services.
Reuse the payment methods configured on your instance: Stripe, HelloAsso or PayPal. Find orders and their status in eBrigade. No eBrigade commission on sales; the payment provider’s fees still apply.
With the Inventory module, items can be linked to the available consumables, and stock withdrawals are recorded on payment. You can also offer free-standing items with no stock management.
Step by step
Browse the gallery, filter templates by use and open their preview on desktop or phone. Select a theme, or the blank page for a free layout.
Replace the demo text and photos with your own. Use “Change image”, the media library and the preview to check each replacement.
Add about us, missions, team and contact pages. Organise the menus, fill in titles and descriptions, then check the contact details and legal information.
Add news, the catalogue of visible activities and useful documents. Complete it with the forms and services of the active modules; open the shop if it meets your needs.
The save status tells you whether your edits have been saved. Browse the pages and use the phone preview to check text, images and navigation.
Choose the site’s audience, then put your pages live. For the next change, find your draft in the editor and publish again once you are happy with the result.
Where this module really pays off
Local association: present your missions and team, publish news, share documents and encourage people to volunteer with the Solidaire theme.
Rescue association or friendly society: explain what you do, inform event organisers, collect requests and make it easier to get involved with Secourisme or Pompiers.
Sports club: present your activities and time slots, announce upcoming events and direct future members to sign-up with Collectif.
Training provider: present your method, display the sessions made public in the activity catalogue and direct visitors to sign-up with Académie.
Organisation or federation: offer an internal site to authorised members, with practical information and downloadable documents in one place.
Organisation running a support sale: add a shop for T-shirts, calendars or equipment, take payments and track orders from eBrigade.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know how to code or arrange separate hosting?
Not for everyday use: you start from a template, edit your text and images, then add blocks in the visual editor. The site is hosted on your eBrigade instance. Code access remains available for advanced users, but is not needed to keep pages up to date.
Which templates are available?
The gallery offers 17 themes and a blank page, so 18 starting points. They include Solidaire for associations, Secourisme for rescue organisations, Collectif for clubs and Académie for training, as well as Horizon, Minimal, Dark, Pompiers and classic themes. Filters and desktop and phone previews help you choose. The demo text and photos are there to be customised.
How do I replace a photo or a background image?
Select the image on the page and click “Change image”. Upload your photo or find it in the media library, check the preview, adjust the framing and alt text, then apply. A dedicated action also lets you change the background image. You can undo an edit from the editor.
Are changes visible online straight away?
Edits made in the editor stay in a draft, saved automatically with a visible status. The “Go live” button publishes the prepared version. This means you can change a photo or rewrite a page before showing it to visitors. The administration area also lets you take the site offline and restore saved versions. Enabling the shop creates and publishes its dedicated page.
Can I switch templates without losing my pages?
Each theme has its own draft. Choosing a template opens that draft if it exists, otherwise the original template; your text is not automatically carried over into a new layout. The editor asks you to deal with pending changes before switching theme. Adding new templates to the catalogue does not replace pages you have already customised.
Does the mini-site work on phones?
The templates provided adapt their layout to small screens. The gallery offers a phone preview before you choose, and the editor lets you check this format while you edit. Check your pages after customising them, especially images, long text and added blocks.
Can I have several pages and prepare for search engines?
Yes. Each page has its own name, address, title and search-engine description. You can build a home page, an about page, mission pages and a contact page, then organise their navigation. A preview helps you prepare the title and description shown in search results.
What information can come straight from eBrigade?
Blocks display public news and the catalogue of activities or training sessions made visible externally. This catalogue is separate from the shop’s item catalogue. When it is active, the Shared activities module lets you embed its calendar and sign-ups. Donations, recruitment and membership also rely on the corresponding modules.
Can I add a contact form, documents and videos?
Yes. Blocks let you add a contact form that forwards by email, downloadable documents, videos, a map and links to social networks. You choose the content to show and fill in your organisation’s contact details; the site settings also let you complete its legal information.
Can the site be restricted to members?
Yes. The administration area lets you choose between a public site and an internal site. In internal mode, the whole mini-site is reserved for logged-in members with the “Internal site › View” permission. This is an audience setting for the entire site.
Is the shop compulsory? How does it work?
It is optional. Enabling it creates a Shop page in the menu with a catalogue, photos, categories and a basket. Orders and their status are tracked in eBrigade. Payments use the providers already configured on your instance, such as Stripe, HelloAsso or PayPal. eBrigade takes no commission on sales; the provider’s fees still apply. With Inventory, products can draw on consumables stock and deduct it on payment; items without stock are also possible.
What is included in the Mini-site module?
The Mini-site module is an eBrigade option: it brings together the template gallery, the editor, the media library, page management, publishing and the shop. Features linked to other modules require those modules to be enabled, for example Inventory for stock, Donations for fundraising or Shared activities for its sign-up calendar. Mini-site pricing and trial terms are set out on this page.
