Depending on the type of activity you have associated your approvals with, the number of registrants may vary. Two possibilities are available to you:

• A strict number of registrants: you cannot register more participants than the number previously defined. Ideal for activities with limited quotas.

• A flexible number of registrants: register as many participants as you want and an alert will be displayed if you exceed the maximum. Perfect for open activities or special events.
