Yes — that is the core use case. The platform was designed from the outset for volunteers, on-call staff, part-time operatives and rotating teams. Standard HR or workforce tools assume permanent, predictable availability; eBrigade does not.
How is it priced? Do we pay per user?
No. Pricing is based on the number of contacts in your platform, not active users. Plans start from €39/month (up to 200 contacts), €99/month (500 contacts) and €149/month (1,000 contacts). Enterprise pricing is available on request. All 39 modules are included in every plan.
What is included in the subscription — are there hidden module costs?
