Make it easier to manage activities

The Customer Access module provides a convenient feature to integrate an "Accreditation" button directly into the interface of the list of registered individuals for a specific activity.

When this button is activated, a compressed folder in ZIP format is automatically generated. This folder contains a complete Excel file, which contains all relevant data on participants registered for the activity. The exported information is customizable: users can select precisely which data to include when configuring the module, thus providing maximum flexibility in export management.

Generate accreditations

In addition to the Excel file, the ZIP folder also includes a separate section containing the individual photographs of participants, organized in a clear and orderly manner.

The main objective of this module is to enable the generation of accreditations, providing participants with the authorization to participate in events.

This authorization can be realized by the creation of personalized badges, thus offering a complete solution for the administration and validation of participants in specific activities and events.
