The customer's account is automatically generated and linked to the organization. Once the quote request is made, it is forwarded to the organization, which can process it as quickly as possible.
For any new request, the customer simply logs into their account. This way, the customer can find all their requests and the relevant documents in their account. Quotes & invoices
From their dedicated space, the client can view all quotes and invoices related to their requests.
The client can view and download them. The documents are centralized and dematerialized, facilitating their remote access at any time. As soon as necessary, the client can go to their personal space to view or adjust their invoices.
Coupled with the CRM module, a payment due date can be added, including a reminder message for each unpaid invoice. Thus, a payment link can be integrated directly into the reminder thanks to our partners Stripe, HelloAsso, or Paypal.
