Use the accumulation of participation for an optimized organization

The cumulative participation module lists the number of participations for each employee in the organization.

This allows you to consult the report at any time; it remains stored on eBrigade. You can use this data for future assignments, depending on the cumulative participation of each employee. The number of hours is calculated automatically thanks to the interconnectivity of the software, which counts the number of requests from employees.

The cumulative participation can be displayed monthly or annually, according to your preferences. A maximum number of hours per month or year is defined. This gives you access to everyone's involvement in numerical and representative data.
