Reserve equipment, a vehicle or a room

With the “reservation” module, you can make a reservation request for equipment, a vehicle, or a room in just a few clicks.

For each reservation request, staff enter the date and time they wish to reserve. All reservation requests are added to a list with the option to validate them in one click or view their status (validated, pending, refused).

Thanks to this module, the resources made available to the organization are optimized. Employees can thus consult their availability or view the calendar.
