The replacement module is simple and intuitive. Any replacement request is made in a few seconds and in no way restricts the smooth running of the activity.

For this, all the organization's activities are created in a few clicks on eBrigade and staff can register there. In the event of unavailability of a registered person, a replacement can be requested directly from the activity concerned.

The request is declared in a few clicks

All unavailable staff need to indicate by choosing, or not, a person willing to be a replacement. To designate a replacement, a list is generated of all staff notifying who is available.

Conversely, it is also possible not to designate a replacement person, a person can then offer themselves as a volunteer to replace him during this mission.

Replacement can be defined for the entire duration of the mission or for certain slots only. Thus, replacements are managed almost autonomously and the progress of the activity is optimal.

Effective monitoring for each replacement

Once the replacement request has been made, it can be consulted within the activity concerned but also on the available dashboard.

This dashboard lists all replacement requests as well as their status (request validated, rejected, pending, accepted).

The organizer can then validate or reject the request with one click. Before validating or rejecting the request, the latter can rely on the skills, the level of training necessary or the cumulative participation by consulting the file of the personnel in which they are interested.
