Optimal management of replacements
Absence? Unforeseen circumstances? Stoppage? Several factors can cause a need for a replacement. With eBrigade, no more stress! Complete your activity schedules calmly and automatically.
The replacement module is simple and intuitive. Any replacement request can be made in a few seconds and in no way hinders the smooth running of the activity.
To achieve this, all of the organization's activities are created in a few clicks on eBrigade, and staff can register. In the event that a registered person is unavailable, a replacement can be requested directly from the activity in question.


The request is declared in a few clicks
Unavailable staff simply need to report themselves by choosing, or not, a person willing to be a replacement. To designate a replacement, a list is generated of all staff by notifying who is available.
Conversely, it is also possible not to designate a replacement person, a person can then volunteer to replace them during this mission.
The replacement can be defined for the entire duration of the mission or only for certain slots. Thus, replacements are managed almost autonomously and the progress of the activity is optimal.


Effective monitoring for each replacement
Once the replacement request has been made, it can be viewed within the relevant activity and also on the dashboard provided.
This dashboard lists all replacement requests and their status (request validated, rejected, pending, accepted).
The organizer can then validate or reject the request with one click. Before validating or rejecting the request, the organizer can rely on the skills, the level of training required or even the cumulative participation by consulting the file of the staff member in question.
