The ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software offered by eBrigade is the modern way to manage recruitment differently.
Recruitment methods are digitized and optimized to save considerable time for both the recruiting organization and the candidates applying. In addition, time-consuming tasks are delegated to strengthen quality recruitment.
Setting up the hiring session is quick and simple. Applications received are centralized, and selection becomes more efficient.
The CV library is available and can be consulted at all times, depending on authorizations, while being GDPR compliant.


Personalization of your recruitment campaigns
As we know that each recruitment session is unique, each position is unique since needs vary, our recruitment software is fully customizable.
From start to finish, the recruiter develops, in just a few clicks, a form for candidates based on their search and the vacant position (personal information, background, skills, diplomas, etc.).
Once designed, the questionnaire is easily integrated into the site of your choice to allow it to be accessible to as many people as possible. This level of configurability allows the organization to take care of its offers and anticipate an effective sorting and selection process.


Recruitment process
In line with the personalized form, the process itself is fully configurable.
Once the form is completed, the candidate, if the recruitment process allows it, automatically accesses the following steps.
This process adapts to be tailor-made. It is possible to define an unlimited number of steps. These steps are activated automatically, with or without the intervention of a manager. Each step can cover a different phase depending on the organization's choice, such as:
Step 1: Form to fill out
Step 2 : Written spelling test
Step 3: Job interview
Step 4: Documents to provide
For each step, the same person in charge as well as another person can be defined. A better understanding of the candidate is provided at each level of the process to support the organization in its decision-making.
The recruiter can interact with candidates thanks to the communication solution integrated directly into the recruitment module for optimal monitoring.


Candidate area
Once engaged in the recruitment process, the candidate accesses their own eBrigade account accessible via PC, tablet or phone thanks to the mobile application.
Their access allows them to consult the progress of their application as well as their progress in the process, according to the different stages made available.
From their account, the candidate also has the possibility to interact, in turn, with the recruiter or the various stage managers.


Decision making
When the recruitment process is complete, it's time to make a decision.
The recruiter's selection is done in just a few clicks, while still having access to the candidate's entire journey and information. The recruiter can accept or reject an application while archiving it for future sessions.
As soon as the decision is made, the candidate is automatically informed. If the application is accepted, the candidate's eBrigade account is automatically updated and added to the organization's workforce.
