Personalization of your recruitment campaigns
As we know that each recruitment session is unique, each position is unique since needs vary, our recruitment software is fully customizable.
From start to finish, the recruiter develops, in a few clicks, a form for candidates based on their search and the vacant position (personal information, background, skills, diplomas, etc.).

Once engaged in the recruitment process, the candidate accesses their own eBrigade account accessible via PC, tablet or telephone using the mobile application.
His access allows him to consult the progress of his application as well as his progress in the process, according to the different stages made available.
From his account, the candidate also has the possibility of interacting, in turn, with the recruiter or the various people responsible for the stages.
Decision making
When the recruitment process is complete, the time has come to make a decision.
The selection of the recruiter is done in a few clicks while always having access to the candidate's entire journey, as well as their information. The recruiter can accept or refuse an application while archiving it for future sessions.
As soon as the decision is made, the candidate is automatically informed. In the event that the application results in acceptance, the candidate's eBrigade account adapts automatically and is added to the organization's workforce.
