Integrated into your eBrigade space, the time clock allows you to record the working hours of each staff member. There is no longer any point in wasting time exporting working hours, everything is digital and simple.

Once they arrive at the workplace, staff simply need to check in with one click, but also when they leave for break and when they return, then when they leave at the end of the day.

As the days go by, the timetable is automatically filled and stored on eBrigade. It includes working hours but also absences.

The manager still maintains a certain monitoring and control since the timetable requires validation at the end of the period. In the event of a change in the schedules of one of your staff, they must contact their manager.

Finally, a document listing the working hours carried out can be automatically generated in PDF or Excel format. It will include the signature of both parties.
