Integrated into your eBrigade space, the time clock allows you to enter the working hours of each employee. There is no longer any need to waste time exporting working hours, everything is dematerialized and simple.

Once arrived at the workplace, the staff simply needs to clock in their presence, in one click, but also their departure for break and their return, then their departure at the end of the day.

As the days go by, the timetable grid is automatically filled in and stored on eBrigade. It includes working hours but also absences.

The manager still maintains a certain level of monitoring and control since the timetable sheet requires validation at the end of the period. In the event of a change in the working hours of one of your staff, they should contact their manager.

Finally, a document listing the working hours can be automatically generated in PDF or Excel format. It will include the signatures of both parties.
