Add sublevels to your organization simply

The Multi-sites module offers you an overview of your organization as well as the sub-levels that make it up.

You can use eBrigade for a national or international instance and thus add sub-levels at the departmental level in which other sub-levels per city will exist. You can build a hierarchy of up to 5 levels and thus create all of your entities there.

Each structure can thus have its own management.

Access and manage your organization details

Consult the overall hierarchy of your organization, its information, staff, vehicles, and equipment that are assigned to it.

Contact your staff using the eBrigade messaging service.

You have the possibility to manage the hierarchy of your entities, but also contributions, mandatory skills, settings and other modules used, all by level.

Configure the roles and permissions granted to your staff by level of your organization

Roles and permissions allow you to enter the authorizations assigned to certain members of your staff. They are fully customizable and can be combined to facilitate the management of your organization. These may be authorizations with an official name (manager, president, treasurer, secretary) or more specific authorizations chosen by you.

The staff that you will appoint to these different positions will automatically have more rights than the others (they will be combined with their initial access rights).
