ADVANTAGES OF THE MODULE
Let yourself be seduced by
The module that simplifies the organization of your raids
The marauding module supports structures that organize marauding sessions by simplifying their activity. Thanks to this module, the organization and workflow are optimized and simplified.
The module supports the management of raids on several key points:
-
How many encounters were made during the last raid?
-
When was the last meeting with this person?
-
Has a call to the social emergency services already been made for this person?
The software provides you with the answers to these questions and you can consult them permanently from eBrigade.
Inform each meeting in real time
For each person met, a file can be created in a few clicks to provide important information about this meeting.
The exact location of the person met can appear among the information provided. That's not all, it is possible to record the actions carried out (coffee, clothing needs, call to 115, etc.). A completed form provides personalized follow-up to the person you meet. So, during your next visit, a glance at the person's file is enough to remember the useful information. Being dematerialized, it remains within reach at all times.
For even more advanced support, the stock of consumables is automatically deducted during your raids.
Optimal management for each raid
Following meeting a person, eBrigade can suggest the files of other people previously met who are nearby. These elements make it possible to support the teams involved in the marauding and thus be able to provide assistance to a greater number of people.
In the case where several structures go to meet the same person, this sheet can be shared with all the teams concerned. However, it is also possible to partition access to homeless people's files.
In addition, statistics can be automatically generated on eBrigade following marauding sessions. The data is stored securely on eBrigade and allows teams to consult realistic figures concerning their activity (number of people met, calls made to 115, meals distributed, etc.).
