Simply create an intervention

All the interventions your teams are involved in are added to eBrigade in just a few clicks.

Each intervention is filled in with its main information (purpose of the intervention, location, number of teams to be sent to the field, etc.). For a priority intervention, an “urgent” button can be activated to highlight the mission.

Once the teams to be deployed have been selected, they are instantly notified by SMS, email, or mobile notification (always from your eBrigade account). To view the teams closest to the intervention site, the “Geolocation” module integrated into eBrigade locates your workforce in real time. A quick glance is enough to see the closest teams, notify them, and intervene as quickly as possible.

Manage your teams during interventions

With eBrigade, teams can be formed directly and, thus, committed to interventions according to your needs.

For each team, you have the possibility to define the number of personnel and vehicles they have, the equipment … The interconnectivity of the eBrigade software allows you to manage both interventions and the logistical resources available to the teams to intervene. Everything is updated in real time.

All the formed teams are referenced in a list that can be consulted at any time. Also, each team and team member sees their status change according to their activity (available, engaged in intervention, absent …).

The map, a key element of intervention

The geolocation of your teams, in real time, is possible from eBrigade and provided that your workforce allows it. On this map, elements can be added to support the field teams.

Thus, important elements are given to the field teams such as the indication of a specific area, a closed road, a diversion, an accident ... Many markers can be added: a line, shapes, key points ... This information is done directly from eBrigade and provides crucial assistance to the teams, in real time, who will be able to better manage the situation.
