eBrigade offers you a complete solution to automate the invoicing process related to your activities on the platform. By establishing a transparent link between eBrigade and Stripe Connect, the module automatically generates two types of invoices for each activity.

On the one hand, it creates a commission invoice for the organization, and on the other hand, it generates a service invoice for the staff participating in the activity. This automation considerably simplifies financial management by basing it on the actual working time and hourly rate specified for each activity.

Enjoy an intuitive interface and financial monitoring

The module offers a user-friendly interface via a dedicated dashboard, allowing organizations to monitor in real time their balance, business volume and earnings, both for the organization and its users. A summary table lists the invoiced activities, providing key information on the payment status.

These features facilitate the visualization and analysis of financial performance. In addition, the module allows for quick creation of Stripe Connect accounts for staff and simplifies the linking of CRM clients to Stripe, ensuring a smooth integration between activities on the platform and the payment system. Finally, the addition of a widget on the home page and a "Temporary" tab in "My Account" provides instant access to invoiced activities and associated invoices, simplifying administrative management for staff.

Stripe module is prerequisite

In order to fully benefit from the Marketplace module features, users must first have the Stripe module installed and configured, as well as a Stripe account with the API keys correctly entered. This synergy between the modules guarantees optimal security and fluidity in the processing of financial transactions, thus creating a smooth user experience.
