eBrigade offers you a complete solution to automate the invoicing process related to your activities on the platform. By establishing a seamless link between eBrigade and Stripe Connect, the module automatically generates two types of invoices for each activity.
On the one hand, it creates a commission invoice for the organization, and on the other hand, it generates a service invoice for the staff participating in the activity. This automation significantly simplifies financial management by basing it on the actual working time and hourly rate specified for each activity.


Enjoy an intuitive interface and financial monitoring
The module offers a user-friendly interface via a dedicated dashboard, allowing organizations to monitor their balance, business volume, and earnings in real time, both for the organization and its users. A summary table lists invoiced activities, providing key information on payment status.
These features facilitate the visualization and analysis of financial performance. In addition, the module allows for quick creation of Stripe Connect accounts for staff and simplifies the linking of CRM clients to Stripe, ensuring seamless integration between activities on the platform and the payment system. Finally, the addition of a widget on the homepage and a "Temporary" tab in "My Account" provides instant access to invoiced activities and associated invoices, simplifying administrative management for staff.

To fully benefit from the Marketplace module's features, users must first have the Stripe module installed and configured, as well as a Stripe account with the correct API keys.
