Locate your workforce instantly and their distribution across the territory

The geolocation module completes the mapping thanks to its instantaneity and performance. It allows you to locate staff across the entire territory and to consult their distribution in real time even if they move. This localization is possible provided that the organization's staff agrees to be located.

For each person located, their file is proposed and can be consulted with their main information (such as their contact details).

Depending on your preferences, the map can be displayed as a plan or as satellites. You can move around the map very easily. Your activities are better organized and you gain in efficiency.

Filtering at the cutting edge of your needs

The display on the map can be filtered according to different criteria such as the organization of affiliation, skills, device used (from a PC or mobile) ... For each person located, it is possible to display only their photo, their name or both.

In addition, if necessary it is possible to filter to only show people connected at the time of the search. Finally, for a quick search, it is possible to search for a person directly or to type an address to know which person is closest to them. To locate a person who has not activated their location, it is possible to send them an activation link by SMS.

Locate your teams to intervene as quickly as possible

For each intervention, the map allows you to locate your teams and thus alert those who are closest to the intervention site.

This feature allows you to intervene as quickly as possible and support your teams in the field. You can modify the map live to indicate an area, a blocked road, an accident or other elements that could help your teams.

Thanks to the mobile application, the staff have real-time access to the indications and benefit from optimal management of the intervention.
