Thanks to this module, you have the possibility of attaching each element of your logistics to the different suppliers. Your own supplier portfolio is thus centralized and developed. For each supplier, enter their contact details (last name, first name, email, telephone number, etc.) accompanied by the purchase orders.

Thus, each material and consumable is attached to a supplier for more optimized and efficient management.

In addition to referencing each supplier, the module allows you to place your orders with complete peace of mind. What's more, the software calculates your stock requirements to suggest an order that is close to your needs.

This quasi-autonomous management grants speed and efficiency to the person responsible for placing orders by relying on the organization's actual stock, which greatly reduces the number of oversights or errors.

Reception management

Once the orders have been placed, the “supplier” module also allows you to access the tracking of your purchases.

Thanks to a dashboard, a quick glance is enough to see the progress of your order: order sent, received or paid.

When an order is received, the quantity received automatically feeds the current stock. Your stock is therefore updated automatically, which allows employees to rely on reliable resources for their activity.
