The eBrigade "CRM" module includes one-click quote and invoice generation. The dashboard allows you to view all existing quotes and invoices, as well as the ability to modify, add, or delete them.
Quotes and invoices are complete and detailed: products, discounts, prices excluding and including VAT, and even the margin your company makes is automatically calculated. In addition, a payment link can be included among these documents, creating a shortcut for each of your customers. Thanks to our collaboration with Stripe, Paypal, Lydia, or HelloAsso, customers can make payments securely.
You maintain control and track the status of each quote and invoice (quote accepted, quote pending, invoice paid, unpaid invoice, inactive customer, etc.). A quick glance is enough to visualize the status of customers.
The documents are generated automatically but remain customizable (header, footer, information, etc.). You can modify these documents to reflect your organization's image for your customers.
After each document is generated, it is possible to send it directly to the customer by email from eBrigade or to follow up with a customer in the event of non-payment through the same channel in just a few clicks with a personalized message.
