The quotes and invoices are complete and detailed: products, discounts, prices excluding VAT and including VAT and even the margin your company makes is calculated automatically. In addition, a payment link can be included among these documents, creating a shortcut for each of your customers. Thanks to our collaboration with Stripe, Paypal, Lydia or HelloAsso, the customer can make payment securely.
You maintain control and monitoring of the status of each quote and invoice (quote accepted, quote pending, invoice paid, invoice unpaid, inactive customer, etc.). A glance is enough to get a visual on the status of customers.
The documents are generated automatically but remain customizable (header, footer, information, etc.). You can modify these documents to reflect the image of your organization for your customers.
After each document generated, it is possible to send it directly to the customer by email from eBrigade or to follow up with a customer in the event of unpaid debt by this same means in a few clicks with a personalized message.
