Thanks to this module, the management of contributions is automated. An intuitive dashboard allows you to view all contributions and related information (contributor contact details, date and method of payment, amount due, etc.).
Management is done almost autonomously by centralizing the information stored on eBrigade. To further save time, automated reminder messages can be sent to contributors who have not regularized their membership. This reminder can be done by different means (SMS or email) directly from eBrigade in just a few clicks.
This reminder can be automated and scheduled for a due date that you select in advance, as well as with a personalized message if you wish.

Members, at their level, can participate in the semi-autonomous management of contributions.
Each member has the possibility of automating their payment, whether recurring or one-time. The single payment allows the contributor to enter the balance of their choice and then be debited. As for recurring payment, it allows the member to be debited monthly or annually for the amount set by the structure. To automate it, all the member needs to do is enter their banking information and the chosen payment method.
Thus, neither the treasurer nor the member need to intervene. The transaction is carried out securely and autonomously without the need for follow-up. The time saving is then considerable for both the organization and the member.
