An instant messaging solution

This module is an instant messaging solution between all members of the same entity. Each employee belonging to this organization and having an eBrigade space can view the conversation and participate in it.

Without leaving the application, all employees can exchange on the same group conversation. This module emphasizes collaboration and interactivity between teams as well as the transmission of information. The chat pop-up remains at hand on all pages of the application for greater accessibility.

A reinforced communication system

To enhance the transmission of information, it is possible to attach files to the conversation. Simply choose the document to send and that's it.

Then, when an organization member sends a message in the chat, a notification alerts you. This notification disappears once you read the message. It allows you to not miss any information and alerts you to new activity in the conversation. Regarding old messages, they remain stored on eBrigade and can be loaded as needed to avoid losing information.

Finally, as soon as a new member is registered with the entity, they are automatically added to the chat. They will be automatically removed when they leave the entity.
