Locate your staff in the territory

The mapping module allows you to locate your organization's staff according to the address they have entered on their profile.

At a glance, you can see the distribution of your staff across the entire territory. For a more precise search, the display can be filtered according to the organization and skills you are interested in or by a specific address to view the staff closest to it. You can view the personal profiles of the staff you are interested in and thus access their contact information. Depending on your preferences, the map background can be modified.

Finally, staff can be located in real time by synchronizing this module with the "mobile geolocation" module..

Follow all the activities taking place in the territory

In addition to the staff, it is possible to trace the distribution of all your activities thanks to the proposed map. Depending on your preferences, the base map can be modified (google maps, IGN plan, IGN Satellite ...). These maps allow you to locate the places defined for each created activity or event.

At a glance, you follow the distribution of activities on the territory. In one click, you can access one of them as well as the information relating to it (date, duration, number of participants, purpose of the activity ...). The number of activities visible on the map can be filtered according to a particular organization, a type of activity sought, a date range or a specific address.

Visualize the distribution of all your resources across the territory

Finally, a map lists all the activity and resources across your organization. Thanks to a drop-down menu, the results displayed can concern organized or planned activities, assignments, different roles, equipment making up your logistics, or even skills.

The map allows you to view the distribution of these elements across the entire territory by department. You can move around the map very intuitively and, thus, find out the exact number of staff for each department.
