For a temporary period, an access right can be defined for one of the organization's staff, this is the on-call duty. All designations are recorded on eBrigade and can be consulted using an on-call schedule provided.

This schedule is filled in almost autonomously according to what is defined. The interconnectivity of the tool allows for warning in the event of a conflict (absent staff, access right already assigned for the same period, etc.). The display of on-call duties can be filtered according to an organization or a function for better management. When a person is designated on-call, they acquire more rights on the software in order to carry out their on-call duties.

Thus, the schedules are enriched while remaining organized. On-call management is then simplified and optimized while saving time.
