Create an on-call schedule in a few clicks

Over a temporary period, a right of access can be defined to one of the organization's personnel, this is on-call duty. All designations are recorded on eBrigade and can be consulted using an on-call schedule made available.

This schedule is filled almost automatically according to what is defined. The interconnectivity of the tool makes it possible to warn in the event of a conflict (staff absent, access rights already assigned for the same period, etc.). The display of on-call obligations can be filtered according to an organization or function for better management. When a person is designated on-call, they acquire more rights to the software in order to exercise their on-call duties.

Thus, schedules are enriched while remaining organized. On-call management is then simplified, optimized while saving time.

A dashboard and a widget highlight the on-call assignments of the entire organization.

The dashboard is intuitive and allows you to quickly visualize the main information of an on-call duty (designated person, period, role defined …). From this dashboard, it is possible, in one click, to contact the person on duty using different means (SMS, email or mobile notification), for any additional information or instructions.

Finally, find on the home page of your eBrigade account, a widget that allows you to highlight the table of on-call people for greater accessibility. It is also possible to download the information bulletin affiliated to each on-call schedule.
