The Alert & Group Message module allows staff to send a message to a group of recipients within the organization.

For all messages, information transmission can be done through different channels: SMS, Email or mobile notification. A gauge is present on the right to indicate the most suitable means of communication for your recipients so that you can reach the greatest number of them.

Each message can be completed with an attached document (image, video, link, etc.). Sending messages is then instant and fluid regardless of the number of recipients. The transmission of information is simplified and collaboration between your teams is enhanced.

A powerful filtering method

To select the recipients of group messages, drop-down menus help the sender find the right people. This module has a filtering system that allows information to be sent only to the relevant targets.

Depending on the criteria entered, the instant messaging software automatically adds the recipients. The criteria can concern: organization, skills, permissions, reference department, availability or even role/function. Several criteria can be entered at the same time to further refine the number of results.

Once the recipient list is ready according to the criteria entered, the message is sent in one click and the recipients receive it.
