All of your organization's activities and events can be planned in just a few clicks from your eBrigade space. This feature allows for better organization of your organization's activities, as well as its various events. It will also allow you to anticipate the weeks and months to come.

The "Shared Activity" module complements this planning functionality with the ability to invite external people to register for various events in just a few clicks. For an event, a conference, or any other type of activity, eBrigade adapts so that everyone can register.

You have the option of posting your activity calendar on the website of your choice to reach as many people as possible. It is also possible to set a limited number of places.

Keep track of all registrations for your activities

In just a few clicks, registration is complete and confirmed. The organizer will have access to a visual overview of all registrations, whether they concern internal or external participants. They will be able to communicate with all participants by email or text message about their registration or upcoming events.

For paid activities, synchronizing this module with the “ticketing” module allows the organizer to track, in addition to registrations, their payment. In collaboration with HelloAsso, Stripe, Paypal or Lydia, all payments are secure. Tickets are sold and people outside the organization can easily get their seats.
