The “Shared Activity” module completes this planning functionality with the possibility of inviting outside people to register for different events in just a few clicks. For an event, a conference or any other type of activity, eBrigade adapts so that everyone can register.

You have the possibility of publishing your calendar of activities on the website of your choice to reach the greater number. It is also possible to define a limited number of places.

Keep track of all registrations for your activities

In a few clicks, the registration is made and confirmed. The organizer will have access to a visual of all registrations, whether they concern internal or external participants of the structure. They will be able to communicate with all participants by email or SMS about their registration or upcoming events.

For paid activities, synchronizing this module with the Ticketing module allows the organizer to follow, in addition to registrations & their payment. In collaboration with HelloAsso, Stripe, Paypal or even Lydia, all payments are secure. Tickets are sold and people outside the organization benefit from their place with ease.
