The quote request form can be integrated into the website of your choice very simply. In just a few clicks, the customer provides the essential information for their request. Automatically, the customer's account is generated and attached to the organization. Once the quote request has been made, it is sent to the organization which will be able to process it as quickly as possible.
For any new request, all the customer needs to do is log in to their space. Thus, the customer finds all his requests in his space with the reference documents. For its part, the organization receives all the forms and benefits from the centralization of information stored on eBrigade. The treatment is therefore more optimal and the customers are satisfied and loyal to the structure.
Quotes & invoices
From their dedicated space, the customer can consult all the quotes and invoices relating to their requests.
The customer can consult them but also download them. The documents are centralized and dematerialized, making them easier to access remotely and at any time. As soon as necessary, the customer can go to their personal space to consult or regularize their invoices.
Coupled with the CRM module, a payment deadline can be added including a reminder message for each unpaid invoice. Thus, a payment link can be integrated directly into the reminder thanks to our partners Stripe, HelloAsso or Paypal.
