For several years, the National Federation of Civil Protection (FNPC) has chosen to harmonize its digital management with eProtec.
All ADPC (Departmental Civil Protection Associations), as well as specific structures such as the PCPS (Paris Seine Civil Protection), are now interoperable via the same platform.
Each local branch has its own access, while benefiting from a national vision consolidated at the federal level. This approach allows the FNPC to manage the activity of its 32,000 volunteers in more than 95 departments, while leaving operational autonomy to the local teams.
A solution designed by and for rescuers
Developed in close collaboration with the field teams, eProtec responds to the daily realities of Civil Protection actors. The software is used to:
- The organisation of civil security events (patrols, first aid stations, PSC1 and PSE1/PSE2 training, etc.)
- Management of on-call schedules, on-call duty and summonses
- Monitoring the traceability of emergency equipment (defibrillators, intervention bags, vehicles)
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and state controls
