Between WhatsApp, Instagram, Discord and emails, communication had become chaotic.
Some students were given too much information, others missed important messages.
The BDE has chosen to:
- centralize internal communication on eBrigade,
- Send targeted messages by event,
- notify only the persons concerned,
- Keep communication official and clear.
In the event of a change (cancellation, delay, change of location), the information is disseminated instantly.
👉 Fewer unnecessary messages, more clarity, and a more professional image of the BDE.
