The sports association is an infrastructure that supervises athletes. It is made up of members and can be compared to a mini society with its executive board. Indeed, it brings together on the one hand all the sports supervisors (coach, physical trainer, etc.) in addition to the athletes themselves but also an executive board who ensure the proper management of the association, compliance with the rules as well as the statutory mechanisms after the creation of the association. His presence is not mandatory for the existence of the association, but it is strongly recommended for its proper development. There is a president, a secretary general and a treasurer.
The sports association promotes a particular sport (football, gymnastics, badminton,…), a family of sports (athletics, cycling) or a diversity of sports (sports club, sports complex) and it organises sporting events (meeting, match, competition,…). Sports can be team sports (handball, basketball, rugby, volleyball, etc.) or individual sports (boxing, judo, tennis,…).
Some sports are on the programme of the Olympic Winter or Summer Games (swimming, fencing,…).

In a sports association, sporting events are organised regularly, it can be competitions, tournaments, matches… In any case, the eBrigade application allows you to manage the organization of these sporting events. It allows you to add activities, delete them or modify a scheduled activity. Workouts
Sports associations promote one sport (or several), so it is necessary for them to organize regular training. During the week, a good number of training sessions are planned , knowing also that there are different sports classes for each level and for certain age groups.
The organization quickly becomes complex and it is necessary for these associations to create a training schedule followed by the competitions. The eBrigade application facilitates this organization by providing a calendar tool that allows you to see live the training schedule in advance over several months.
It also allows you to know if there are any last-minute changes (a training session cancelled for various reasons or a change of time or location). Licensees will therefore be able to get information on a daily basis and very easily.
Availability
Once the list of activities has been established and scheduled, members of the sports association will be able to register from home directly via the application on the training or competition on the calendar according to their availability. Thus, the sports supervisor will be able to know in advance how many licensees will be present at his class. He will also be able to provide information on his availability or absences and licensees will be able to be notified thanks to eBrigade.
Material Management
Sports training often requires equipment adapted for many sports (jerseys, ball, racket, ball, etc.). The eBrigade tool allows you to manage all the equipment available in gymnasiums, a sports center or a sports center.
For example, you will be able to find out if the sports equipment is available for a certain time slot, if it is short of it or if it is damaged. The vision of all the equipment on site makes it possible to see a possible problem and to anticipate and plan a solution.

You can search for a licensee by entering either their name, city, email, phone number, etc., in the search bar. This allows you to find it easily and efficiently.
Communication
Thanks to the messaging service available on the app, it is much easier to exchange! Send an email or text message directly through the app. The messaging service allows you to keep a link between the licensees and the association itself. Several types of messages can be transmitted, it can be information messages (news, …) or an emergency message.
Emergency message
Indeed, Ebrigade gives you the possibility of using an alert system : the licensee receives an alert with qualification of the emergency in the form of a message. For example, you can use this feature to warn of a last-minute change in an activity (training or competition).
Documentation
Competence
Persons (teachers, monitors, educators, coaches or animators) who teach, lead or supervise a physical or sporting activity or train its practitioners for remuneration must hold a document guaranteeing their competence in terms of the safety of practitioners and third parties in the activity in question.
This document can be a diploma, a professional title or a certificate of qualification. It must be registered in the national directory of professional certifications.
Management of these skills
eBrigade makes it possible to provide information on all the skills of the supervising sports staff. This allows you to avoid the burden of paper documents or even to see if the skills are kept up to date : you have a follow-up on all the skills. You can schedule continuing education, add an expiration date on skills, generate diplomas, or add a refresher date.
Document
The document functionality of Ebrigade allows you to sort and organize all the documentation of the association’s licensees, you can also define access rights for each file.
The documents of all the members of the association become accessible, put all the registration files of the licensees (registration form), the annual lists of members, minutes of the general assemblies or the accounting documents etc.
Figure
Each licensee can check in on the application when they have carried out an activity. This will make it possible to establish statistics or reports later. You will be able to make tables representing all the presences/absences of licensees during sports activities. You have the option of exporting these tables as an excel document. You can also have access to statistics of the activities performed, graphs or curves.
If you are part of a federation, you will be able to access all the figures of each of the local associations.
