The mixed rescue centres (CS) are made up of professional firefighters (local civil servants) and reserve/volunteer firefighters (agents who carry out missions during their leisure time, on the fringes of their profession, studies or family life). CSs can carry out several missions simultaneously. For example, they can leave for an intervention for a firefighting mission and at the same time for an intervention for a civil security mission.
The firefighters of France are managed by the SDIS (departmental fire and rescue service) which organizes the activity of all volunteer or professional firefighter centers.
Mixed rescue centres need functionalities that are suitable for both SPVs and SPPs. They must use a complete and efficient platform that brings together the needs of these two types of firefighters. eBrigade meets all his requests with its application bringing together a multitude of tools.

Real-time vision
The eBrigade interface provides a real-time view of everything related to logistics (equipment, vehicle, consumables). It is therefore possible to control these elements directly via the app. You will have the possibility to manage the stocks in order to know if there is a lack of equipment; if it is operational or if stocks are low, for example.
Personnel Management
Ebrigade allows you to manage all the personnel of the rescue center such as professional firefighters and reserve firefighters. Staff schedules and schedules are accessible in a few clicks. Concerning professional SPs, you will be able to keep up to date with staff absences and leaves, and for volunteer firefighters you will have access to availability.

Efficient organization
Replacement
Manage replacements according to absences thanks to eBrigade; To make requests for replacements, you have an overview of the available replacements and the people being replaced.
Availability
Unlike professional firefighters, reserve firefighters go to the fire station when they are available, it’s voluntary. Their availability is directly accessible via the interface, so it is easier to replace an absent professional firefighter with a reservist. In addition, staff can directly inform of their presence, find out about the activities and register for them via the eBrigade application.

And what if someone is no longer available for an event? Ebrigade allows you to replace the absent person directly via the application: the person can enter to be a substitute if he or she wishes. Thanks to all its features, the organization is made efficient and fluid, no headaches.
Documentation
With eBrigade you can sort and organize all the documentation of the rescue center with just a few clicks, it is also possible to define access rights for each file. Your documents become easily accessible for the entire rescue center. Put all your training sheets (initial training, continuing education, etc.), BSP or your reflex sheets, etc. You also have a follow-up on all the skills of your firefighters, whether they are professional or volunteer. Indeed, to become a firefighter and remain one, physical fitness conditions for example are necessary, skills must be up to date and you must train regularly.

Grade
By consulting the personal files of the firefighters you will also be able to instantly know their rank thanks to pictograms indicating their hierarchy, so you can know if you are dealing with a lieutenant, a warrant officer, a colonel, a corporal or a young firefighter (jsp).
Automation and time savings

Automation
Some of the features offered by eBrigade are automatic, allowing operational managers or center managers to optimize their time and devote it to other important tasks. Indeed, Ebrigade facilitates the creation of on-call tables over time. Thanks to the data entered in the interface, there is no need to search for schedules to find who is available and manage the distribution of on-call shifts: this is done automatically!
Assignment
Similarly, for the management of assignments, the application makes it possible to plan the functions of the rescue centre’s on-call staff according to their skills (ambulance licence / apparatus leader / PSE).
