Parties, afterworks, tournaments, integrations, conferences, partnerships…
For an active student union, organizing 10 events per month is common. But without a solid organization, it quickly becomes unmanageable.
Before being equipped, this BDE worked with:
- Multiple WhatsApp groups,
- Shared files that are not up to date,
- volunteers mobilized at the last moment,
- A huge loss of energy for the office.
The problem was not motivation, but the lack of a central tool.
With eBrigade, the BDE has structured its operation:
- a clear schedule of all events,
- an immediate view of available volunteers,
- a fair division of labour,
- Official and centralized communication.
