Push notifications: instant alerts from the mobile app

The push notifications appear directly on the smartphones of members who have the eBrigade mobile application installed.

🚀 What are push notifications used for? #

They enable quick notification of an important event:

  • New mission published
  • Schedule change
  • New message received
  • Result of a request (validation, refusal…)
  • Urgent alert or reminder

🎯 Objective: ensure that information arrives immediately.


📱 How does it work? #

To receive a push notification, you must:

  • have the mobile application installed,
  • be logged into the eBrigade account,
  • have enabled notifications on the phone.

Push notifications are unlimited and instant.


🔄 Configure notifications #

Each user can choose:

  • which notifications they wish to receive,
  • for which types of events,
  • with what alert level.

The organization can also configure certain global notifications.
