eBrigade’s Skill module is a central tool for managing your staff’s qualifications, certifications, authorizations, and aptitude levels. It not only allows you to track skill status but also to automate their use in activities and manage the entire training lifecycle.

🎯 1. What are skills used for in eBrigade? #

Skills have several essential roles:

✔️ Filter Resources in an Activity #

When creating an activity, you can require one or more skills for members to register or be deployed.

Thus:

  • Only individuals with the required skills are authorized to register.
  • The activity manager can immediately see who is qualified to participate.
  • Planning becomes more reliable: unqualified personnel = not deployed.

This ensures compliant and secure deployment.

✔️ Track Staff Skill Levels #

The Skill tab allows you to track:

  • primary and secondary skills,
  • their validity date,
  • soon-to-expire skills,
  • already expired skills.

eBrigade thus offers a comprehensive view of skill development over time.

✔️ Manage Development, Skill Enhancement, and Refresher Training #

Each skill can be renewed, refreshed, or updated, allowing for comprehensive tracking:

  • acquisition date,
  • expiration date,
  • training history.

🎓 2. Organize Training and Refresh Skills #

eBrigade allows you to organize training courses, refresher courses, or internal sessions, with a direct link to skills:

When you create a training course:

  • you define the skill awarded at the end,
  • you can define whether it should replace an old skill or extend its validity,
  • skills are automatically updated on the staff record upon attendance validation.

This allows for complete training cycle management, from planning to certification award.


🏅 3. Automatic Diploma Generation #

eBrigade integrates the generation of diplomas compliant with current legislation, fully automated.

📄 Diplomas are: #

  • Compliant with legal standards (session number, trainer, validity date, mandatory information, etc.)
  • Customizable: logo, layout, information, signatures, QR Code, etc.
  • Automatically generated based on successful completion of training
  • Downloadable with one click from the staff record or training activity

This ensures simple, compliant, and professional processing of certifications.
