The Communal Civil Security Reserve (RCSC) is made up of a list of volunteers , men and women, who are mobilised to help the population. It helps municipal and municipal officials in the event of natural disasters (e.g. floods, forest fires) or industrial accidents (e.g. factory explosion). The CCFFs are part of the municipal civil security reserve, they fight fires. The members of the RCSC do not do the work of the firefighters.

Assoon as the firefighters are on site, the volunteers simply help: it is a question of carrying out the simplest missions to allow the rescuers and firefighters to devote themselves to complex, dangerous or urgent missions. The commitment takes the form of a contract concluded with the mayor.

The missions that may be entrusted are the following:

  • information and preparation of the population in the face of the risks incurred by the municipality
  • support and assistance to the population in the event of disasters (rescue missions)
  • alerting the fire brigade and supporting the interventions of the services contributing to the Civil Security

They are not part of the fire brigade, they are recruited on a voluntary basis, carry out various operations: rescue, protection of people and emergency rescue to ensure civil protection.

Volunteer Tracking

Communication

The municipal civil security reserves are made up of volunteers. It is therefore essential for them to communicate easily and quickly with their volunteer. Thanks to the messaging service available on the app, it is much easier to exchange! Send an email or text message directly through the app. EBrigade also allows you to trigger an alert system : staff receive an alert in the form of a message with an emergency qualification.

Keeping in touch

The communication system allows us to keep in touch with the volunteers, it can be used to keep them interested in this communal reserve. You can keep a regular and quick follow-up of the different people registered.

Education

There is no particular training to have or follow, but information sessions and exercises are regularly organised by the town hall. These are concrete simulation and role-playing exercises. These sessions allow you to understand the role you will have to play and to know the overall organization of the rescue. You will learn first aid gestures to be able to rescue people.

Management of training activities

The eBrigade tool makes it possible to organize training activities according to the missions to be carried out. The volunteer will be able to register easily and quickly according to his availability. The application can redirect people to a site describing the training, so you will have access to documentary resources. You will have the option to set a training schedule. You can also organise regular information meetings.

Skills tracking

With eBrigade you have a follow-up of all the skills of your staff members. For example, you will be able to track the diplomas obtained and their expiration date. The skills required depend on the missions entrusted by the mayor.

Organization of missions

Resources made available

Thanks to its activity calendar, the eBrigade tool makes it easy to manage and organize activities. The features of eBrigade make it possible to manage operations efficiently. You have an overview of all the material resources available. The information is all centralized. You can manage all inventories (emergency vehicle, clothing, equipment) in one place and see, for example, if the equipment is operational.

For example, if you need to mobilize emergency vehicles for operations. They have the ability to see in real time which vehicles are being used and by whom.

Documentation

EBrigade can also be used to sort and organize all the documentation of the municipal reserves. The documents are therefore accessible to authorized personnel, put all the annual lists of members, minutes of general meetings, accounting documents, or registration files for training etc. Adding documents to the application allows you to centralize all the information but also to fight against document loss.

Volunteer Engagement

The application references all the volunteers, as well as their availability. Thus, all human resources are centralized on the same interface. Registering volunteers for these patrols is that simple ; When creating an activity, each volunteer is notified by email. All they have to do is register immediately from home for the patrol they want via the app. It is also possible to automatically register available volunteers for an activity.

Overview

The manager thus has at his disposal in real time and at all times the human resources involved in monitoring activities. When you return from patrols, you can fill in a handrail and draw up reports quickly: create tables representing all the presence/absences of staff during the activities of the branches.

Thanks to eBrigade, volunteers can mobilize if necessary in a very short time, mobilization is optimized and responsive.
